Excellent hotel in a good position in Heraklion. Our second stay - rooms are comfortable and well equipped, breakfast was large (too large for us) and meals in the restaurant were excellent. Staff are really helpful and very friendly. The one downside is the parking - close a car park but always full. Great hotel will stay again if on Crete.

Pissed off at this boutique hotel is amazing. The rooms are wonderful and super comfortable.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and we were eager to leave. Whilst we were waiting for check-in time, we were told that we could wait in an upstairs lounge. However, when my mother attempted to sit in one of their chairs, it collapsed from underneath due to one of its legs being bent inwards. This was also the case for three other chairs in the lounge. My mother ended up hurting her back and side quite severely, and whilst the staff were apologetic and kind, it soured our view of the hotel. They tried to offer us a meal as compensation, but we were not interested. The hotel room itself also had a few faults, such as a broken toilet roll holder, and the flushing panel for the toilet kept falling off. The plug in the sink was also damaged, and water from the shower next to the bed had also damaged the cornices of the wall. This caused a moldy smell to waft near the bed. Hopefully, they review our room for the health and comfort of future customers.

Due to delay in our supply chain in August, we were not able to replace the faulty parts prior to your check-in. All wears related to your update are now fixed. Our concern for our guests is sincere. That is why our staff was asking every morning before your excursion schedule, if you suffered any pain. Meal was more of a goodwill gesture than a compensation. Kindly note that we follow all safety measures. We had not detected any furniture damage prior to your report. Was a nice property very central. The hotel was cute and the staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. It was located within walking distance of most of the iconic places. Parking did cost 5 euro across the street but it wasn’t a big deal to us, just something to keep in mind if you’re driving.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Hotel is in a very busy and congested area, which is not the vibe I got from the description and pictures online. Parking is problematic. Room layout was very strange with a sink right next to the bed. Rain shower didn’t work. The first room they gave me smelled heavily of smoke but they were very apologetic and moved me. Again, staff was lovely! But it was not my scene.

Nice room with a view. However, the stuff needs to be trained better. The lady at the reception asked us for a credit card (for incidental charges) with the reasoning "just in case you take something from the room and you don't pay it". This is not professional. The breakfast was horrible. They served us a very poor breakfast,a cold coffee, 2 eggs, a little bowl of cereal and a very little bowl of fruits with two slices of bread. It was a breakfast for one, not for 2 people. This is definitely not a 5 start hotel

The Hotel was great - really enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent and rooms were good. The hotel has no parking but the arrangement with the local parking lot seems to work and at 5 Euros a day there can be no complaints. Food in the hotel was good - mostly Italian style but still good. Staff were all friendly and helpful to our needs at all times.

This was a very unique property! Our room had a sitting area, a hutch with a huge variety of Cretan food/wines in the mini bar, electronic settings for the lights/curtains and even to move the TV. It was spacious and the breakfast with our meal was fabulous. If you are not travelling with a spouse it may be a bit odd to shower though as the toilet and shower were separate spots (shower had a clear door) and the sink with mirror was beside the bed. It was different to get ready in the morning and impossible not to wake the other person if you wanted to use the sink but otherwise it was fabulous.

Excellent service, beautiful & huge room
Stayed in V Suite, which was positively gigantic by European standards. Also had a huge balcony overlooking a busy intersection. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the restaurants/pedestrian area. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast choices were over the top and couldn't possibly be finished by a normal human being; staff was very nice and offered to pack the extras as a to-go box. Our last day we had an early morning ferry and they packed us a breakfast box to go.

Service et chambre a la hauteur du standing
L’établissement est parfaitement situé dans Heraklion. La réception est efficace, rapide et faite avec le sourire. La chambre était parfaite et bien située, légèrement bruyante la nuit mais étant en plein centre-ville cela restait raisonnable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est d’une qualité exceptionnelle tant au niveau nourriture que pour le service. Vous bénéficier d’ailleurs d’une ristourne de 10%, le petit déjeuner est aussi d’excellente qualité. Tout sa pour résumer d’un hôtel arborant 5* et les respectant tant au niveau du service qu’au niveau de la qualité de l’établissement. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est d’une convivialité impressionnante.

Very nice hotel. Nice sized room with all amenities. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a few blocks to main shopping and dining areas with great food and shops and the old fort and waterside was also a short walk. Would definitely return

Due to the poor layout, design, and quality of the rooms' furniture and amenities, this hotel should not be rated more than a 4-star (at best). The restaurant and hotel staff are however lovely.

The room was very comfortable with space to move, a comfortable bed and a shower with incredible water pressure. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel. Please note that sometimes the service is over organized. Business travelers don't like to fill in the breakfast request and time of breakfast a day in advance. Please relax!!

Not happy.
They called and said the hotel would not be open. They transferred me to their sister hotel, the Olive Green. The first night was Saturday night. The noise was so loud it kept us up. All rooms face a street. The noise was all night long.

Great location. Breakfast brought to room during off season. Really enjoyed stay. Minor negatives: hard to understand parking options when first arriving ( exact email instructions might help); Room a little awkward for second suitcase. Also a list of ‘pre-approved’ restaurants within walking distance might help a little. Thanks to staff, esp Maria and Constantine.

A pure luxury boutique hotel! Expect to be totally pampered. Upon arrival to your hotel you are greeted with a smile & a delicious welcome drink. In your beautiful suite complementary pastries & drinks. Oh yes, in the morning greeted with a delightful breakfast ( homemade crepes, fresh orange juice, coffee, bread basket, omelette, etc.) room service. What a luxurious experience!
