Hotell med fint bassengområde.
Fint rom med flott utsikt og balkong. Dessverre ingen wifi på rommet. Be om rom opp fra bakkenivå. Uteområdet er det beste med Kresten Palace. Stort basseng og fine grøntarealer. Bar og kafé i tilknytning til bassenget. Det er kun wifi i resepsjonsområdet og dette er veldig tregt. Det finnes buss og holdeplass for taxi rett ved hotellet. Taxi koster 9 euro til Rhodos by.

Hotellet i seg selv er kjempe fin! godt med privat strand og plass rundt hotellets området. Rommene var rene og ganske romslige og tilbudene for aktiviteter i selve hotellet er gode. Litt missnøye med staff service på hotellet. Servitørene og bartendere var svært hyggelige og hjepsomme, men resepsjonistene var noe for seg selv. Kanskje de selv føler seg som gjester på hotellet? Der mistet vi litt av den hyggelige Rhodos følelsen (på lobbyen). Det ligger ikke mye rundt hotellens omkretser, den er på veien langs skysten. Det ligger en buss holdeplass på utsiden der bussene kjører ca 1-2 ganger i timen til midnatt. Også taxi holderplass på andre siden av gaten. Ligger midt i mellom Faliraki og Rhodos by, ca 15 min hver vei. Ambefaller å leie bil eller skooter.

Kjempebra!!!
Beste plaseringen og veldig bra standard. Ekstremt lett å komme seg til byen, de beste strendene (ikke de ved hotellet,men kalithea, Sambika, ladikå, tassos m.m.) Velg helst den eldste delen og ikke den nye. Den har de desverre ikke klart å gjøre bra og det er tungvint å gå til buss og taxi holdeplass.

Kresten Palace - What a view
Stayed there from 24.july - 31.july. Overall a good hotel, but there are some issues with the hotel or rather what its designed for. The hotel is designed for all-inclusive guest from Germany and Italy it seems, the breakfast was almost only cakes and other sweetfoods. The inhouse entertainment shows in the evening does keep you awake if you want to go to sleep early. Some of the staff does lack the necessary english proficiency to understand you when you ask for something more advance than the way to the Old Town. The AC in the hotel was offline the whole stay, it worked in the rooms. On a positive note: - Nice rooms, get a room high up, facing the ocean. - Tasteful lobby. - Helpful staff, but see note above - Good cleaning staff, rooms looked good every day

Excellent accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé, au calme, avec une grande facilité pour se garer a l'entrée de hotel. De plus, il est très agréable et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel très sympathiques et souriants sont aux petits soins, soucieux du bien être des clients, n'hésitant pas à conseiller, un accueil parfait! La chambre était très agréable et très propre face à la mer. Quant au petit-déjeuner : varié, copieux avec de très bons produits. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander! Continuez ainsi , c'était parfait ! Ne changez rien et bonne continuation à toute l'équipe ! "

Such a shame that hotel lets itself down with reception and dining staff who are cold and unhelpful, rude too. Free WiFi in the hotel but charged per device if you want it in your room. You have to pay for the safe too. Breakfast was nice. Great entertainment crew and enjoyed the pool vibe. Few nice restaurants nearby on foot otherwise getting a taxi or buses into town is tricky - buses are full and taxis don’t stop so be prepared to wait a while. Won’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly.

The dining options could have been better and more varied. The general sea view rooms were very average. We had to upgrade to deluxe rooms with pool access which were much better.

Great service, Staff was the best part. Had an alright room but had an ant problem over our week, but it wasnt too bad and im sure its not the same everywhere, Really nice views, Good breakfast, Super nice main building, nice bar etc. Great transportation with taxi and bus stop within 50M, the beach is the only thing we were dissapointed with. 4/5 would come back

Beautiful property. Lovely swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lunch by the pool was delicious too. Good cocktails at reception bar and pool bar. Bus stop out front of hotel made it easy to go to Rhodes Town inexpensively and quickly. I would gladly stay here again.

Rhodes stay
We have chosen probably the best room on offer, swim-up with access to a private swimming pool and room was all right and comfortable, however swimming pool was freezing, they don’t heat up the water. Breakfast was included, but it was very mean, food of average quality, awful coffee and oversweeted juices from a concentrate. Instead of eggs/ommelette station they had a “mountains” of prepared omelette which is more like 3 stars hotel and they advert them as 4 stars. Dinner - buffet style with average and oily food, less tasteful than you would expect at 4 stars hotel. At the checkout I was offered to pay part of someone l’s else bill which was charged to the room 3 days before I checked in, disgraceful and unforgivable, I did not receive even sorry.

Not my cup of tea
We stayed at this hotel in April. I was not expecting the room to be so COLD. There were no blankets in the room. The first night, I was so tired from the journey, I didn't want to go all the way to the front desk to request a blanket and I couldn't figure out how to call the front desk from the phone in the room. I slept with my jacket on and a towel over me, shivering the whole time. The next day I asked at the front desk for a blanket and they said they would leave one in the room. Well, they left a tiny, sad-looking blanket that looked like it was maybe 40 years old and barely covered one person, let alone two. Internet is available for free in the lobby but you have to pay if you want to use it in your room. I like that there is a tiny gym area. The pools were beautiful, but it was too cold to really enjoy them. Beautiful little beach area you can walk down to from the hotel. My daughter liked the kids' club. Overall though, not my preferred type of hotel at all, and I wasn't super impressed with the service (mostly the blanket issue, and I overheard a few other people also saying that the rooms were cold and asking staff for blankets). The restaurant was overpriced and there did not seem to be any consistent pricing system for kids. One night I was charged a full adult price for my kindergartener and another night she ate for free. Make it make sense.

Suosittelen! Huone siivottiin jokapäivä eikä ikäviä yllätyksiä tullut huoneessa vastaan. Rauhallinen ympäristö sopii erityisesti lapsiperheille. Aamupalalla monipuolisesti vaihtoehtoja. Hotellista n. 1km lähimpiin ravintoloihin ja jalkakäytävä todella kapea ja näkyvyys paikotellen huono.

Alles in allem 4sterne
Die Anlage ist weitläufig und meist ist das internet verfügbar. In unserem Zimmer mit poolzugang war die Verbindung jedoch sehr schlecht und hat nicht mal für email gereicht. Die Liegestühle sind extrem hart. Nach Anfrage haben wir dann ein Polster bekommen. Die Polster der Liegestühle am Hauptpool sind sehr dünn und damit auch sehr unbequem. Die Behandlungen im Spa sind unprofessionell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok aber auch nicht überwältigend. Die Gartenanlage braucht mehr Pflege. Die Rezeption hat ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. Für alle Fragen (Mietwagen, Spa) konnte nicht weitergeholfen werden und wir wurden einfach weitergeschickt. Alles in allem sind es zwar 4 Sterne, jedoch in manchen sachen einfach auch eher ein 3Sterne Hotel.

Excellent place and view is nice. And you can even rent car in the lobby. And old town only 10 minutes away

This property is a great value. The breakfast was good and the pool was spotless. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only downside is lack of Wi-Fi available in the rooms, and even if you paid for the Wi-Fi, it does not work for iPhone or iPad products. Otherwise, WiFi can be reached in the lobby and on the grounds.

Good location. Great big pool area. Friendly staff, especially Maria from the Spa and Eleni from the reception are very warm and welcoming persons. Breakfast is very good plenty where to choose. Aircon including the price is also like it should be.
