Great stay !
Overall we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Contessina. The hotel has a very nice design with lovely pool areas. Our rooms were luxurious, spacious and were kept very clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful and very attentive to any complaints. The breakfast offers a lot of choices, both hot and cold. Our only small complaint is that we would have liked some more fresh juices. (The first days of our stay there were no fresh juices at all). Also worth mentioning for those of you travelling with teenagers, the WIFI is very poor and the mobile reception not very good. Our room was located so that we could hear some noise from the nearby bars and restaurants at night, so if you are sensitive to sounds bring some earplugs. Also we noticed that there were not enough sunbeds, but as we went to the beach most days this was not really a problem for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Fint hotell i nærheten av alt man har lyst til å gjøre i Tsivili. Hotellpersonalet var behjelpelige med alt vi trengte og var veldig hyggelige hele tiden. Et godt frokostutvalg. Kanskje 100 meter unna Tsivili strand. Vi benyttet oss ikke av bassenget under oppholdet. Men vi la merke til at det var trangt om solsengene og de var holdt av fra tidlig morgen, så det kan være noe som trekker ned for andre. Men for oss var dette hotellet veldig bra. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Excellent hotel, probably the best on the island all round. We chose this hotel over others primarily because of location (close to food, beach and a port), and, among others of its class, this property looked the most modern with a clean bathroom. The photos honestly don’t do the hotel justice in terms of looks and comfort. There were two great swimming pools. We had a private pool too. We saw the hotel being cleaned thoroughly daily, from the pool to mopping the stone floors outdoors. Staff are amazing and so is the buffet breakfast every morning.

Es war super sauber - überall wurde 2x täglich gewischt (sogar außen). Die Essensauswahl im Sushi Restaurant war überschaubar. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Dinner Buffet war sehr gut! Es ist viel Personal und alle sehr freundlich. Am Pool gab es hin und wieder auch mal Obst zur Abkühlung. Es kam auch jeden Tag Spa Personal zum Pool für eine kurze Massage - hier wurden wir jedoch gekonnt ignoriert. Das Thema Sonnenliegen(Reservierung) war etwas frustrierend und wurde komplett ignoriert. Es gibt aber auf jeden Fall genug Liegen, wenn auch nicht unbedingt immer in der Nähe des Kinderpools. Ich würde trotzdem wieder hin - da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis echt super war.

This property felt like a dream. The decor is chic without being overly modern. There is a perfect balance to the decor with an abundance of beautiful plants everywhere. The location is excellent - walking distance to the sea and close to the strip of restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf, arcade, shops, grocery stores - everything you need. The staff is passionate about what they do and will do anything you need to help you. We went to town for dinner each night so didn’t have an opportunity to eat at the rooftop restaurant but the food at the sushi restaurant and pool restaurant were excellent. Great options for all - I am a vegetarian so always felt like I had options - even at breakfast. There is a beautiful vegetable garden on site and many herb bushes used for the food and drinks. The pool and poolside vibe was great for all and we always felt comfortable with our young kids playing and splashing sun bathers from time to time! No one seemed to mind. There are plenty of pool loungers and we always found a spot no matter what time we came down. The entire property was impeccably clean. The bedroom setup was the best we have yet experienced for a family of 4. Both of our boys had their own sofa beds in what felt like a separate room (without a wall) and a balcony and we had our own balcony also. The spa was excellent- a must visit for an extra touch of pampering! All in all - my family and I had the best vacation here and I would recommend it to anyone. A true gem!

Fabulous hotel with excellent level of customer service. We went as 2 family of 4 ( teenagers and a 3 year old in the group) and the hotel was a great place to stay with kids pool and adult pool. Location was walking distance to lots of beaches and shops. We had the garden pool room which was a lot more money than the average room and was nice but perhaps we wouldn’t do that option again and choose a normal family suite as the pool room was a little on the small side for 4 people and Wardrobe space was tight. But that was the only thing we have to stay otherwise we really liked the hotel.

Amazing property, staff and breakfast
Amazing boutique hotel at an amazing price. The staff was exceptional and the property is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was out of this world. I’ve never seen such a buffet. Must have had over 50 items with everything including a dessert section. Very unusual items and great presentation. They upgraded both our rooms to spa tub inside room. Very relaxing atmosphere and plush. It was a real pleasure staying here.

Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf! Het hotel en de kamer waarin wij verbleven is mooi, schoon en goed onderhouden. Het personeel is erg servicegericht en ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet was echt top. Alles vers en heel veel keuze, waarvan ook veel gezonde opties. Al met al echt een aanrader!

Hotel Contessina is high quality hotel with very good service, higher than four stars. Compliments for the team! The hotel is new and modern designed, with very good landscaping. Every terrace has luxuriant vegetation. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable, some of them have their own pool. The breakfast is with good variety and good quality of food. Only one minus: in the hotel’s website is written that dinner is buffet. But it is not. It is on set-menu, but with not enough options and not consistent with food allergies. The dinner is a little like in students canteen. But when we made a complaint, they restored the money for the dinner in our room’s bill, so we could order food and beverage. So my advice is book a room with breakfast only. Everything else was perfect!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es hat 3 Pools. Ca 5min spaziergang dann ist man am Meer jedoch ist dieser Strand nicht so schön wie andere auf der Insel. Das Hotel liegt in einer Restaurant, shop und bargegend. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

L'hôtel est magnifique, il est neuf, design, tout est clean jusque dans les moindres détails; très agréable à regarder comme a vivre, il est superbement aménagé. Côté service, rien a redire, c'est très professionnel, plein de petites attentions : chaque jours, une petite surprise vous attend dans la chambre. Celles ci sont faites avec soin De même pour les équipements : restaurant, bar, diverses piscine, cinéma en plein air, parking, boutique, il y en a pour tout les goûts, et que de bonnes surprises, même dans les snack les plus simples Le petit déjeuner est parfait également, tout est frais (y compris les viennoiseries), beaucoup de choix, y compris dans les produits végétariens Personnellement, je pense que l'établissement mériterait une 5 ème étoile !

Perfect Getaway
I took a solo trip and stayed there for four nights and it was nothing short of magnificent. I requested early check-in before my arrival and I was able to check in 4 hours before the specified time. My room was spacious and luxurious. I booked the half board option and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were genuinely friendly and really went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely go back there!

Fantastic hotel!
Beautifully renovated property with an attention to design details. The hotel is located in the busy Tsilivi area, but you feel more like in an oasis at the hotel itself. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The room is on the small/tight side, but has a closet to stow away your clothes. Breakfast buffet was also great, with a lot of tasty food and options. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
