God service
Pent hotell beliggende noen hundre meter fra stranden i Perissa. Serviceinnstilte medarbeidere som hentet oss gratis på flyplassen midt på natta. Fikk også frokost første dag kl 11.00 selv om frokosten egentlig bare ble servert til kl. 10.00. God rengjøring på rommene. Fint bassengområde. Kan anbefales.

Hotel is very good placed. Not far to the beach and olso very near to the shops, bus stop or to the clubs. Swimming pool is big enough for somebody who likes to swimm and is perfect for babies too. Clean and blue water.... just perfect. Very nice woman working in the pool bar. Really great to talk with and always nice. All people working in Hotel are nice. Rooms and everything is so clean that is hard to belive. This family knows how to keep hotel running. They give all his hards for a costomers. MY BEST RECOMENDATIONS!!!

To reception work a grandmother who practic don't speak english.When we arrived, the reserved room was not availble. We were taken to another location, a bedroom with 7 beds (we started the holiday with the left), the next day back to the location. The location is in the happiest case of 2 stars (unfortunately this is Greece). We rented an apartment, with one of the rooms on the street with windows and the door practically without insulation, the bathroom is very small, the salt water in the shower, the beach 15 minutes walk , instead very good cleaning. Santorini is a very small, nice island, I do not recommend it to families with children and only for short stays 3 maximum 5 nights

Value for the money
Cleaness is very good. You got every day new towels. If you look for luxery hotel it is not. The bathroom is pretty small. In some rooms there is no sef /but you can use sef with your own key at the reception/. In some rooms bads are low and windows are small. We had this one first day but we got another one tomorrow. Thanks for it. There is no cattle in the rooms, but you do not need it. There is a bar by the pool where you can get coffe or tea at any time. I was offered with transport to the Perivolas beach free of charge. I used it once because I prefer to change beaches. Perissa beach is closer although a street to Perivolas beach is just by the hotel. Bus station is very close, There is no Carrefur shop any more. I suppose it was actual Big market which is 300 meters away in the direction to Perissa. They have solid choice. You can buy there local white wine from barrel 1,5 liters for 1,95 Euros. It is of good quality as almost all domestic wines we took in any restaurant. The manager and whole stuff is polite and hepfull.

It is ok...
The hotel is ok, the staff is friendly, the pool with buffet is great .... there was no coffee maker in the room, the beach is quite far, at least 12 minutes walk in the sun ....

La struttura è molto curata all’esterno, c'è molto posto per parcheggiare motorini o macchine noleggiate. La piscina è ben tenuta e l’atmosfera è molto rilassante. Tuttavia la camera (una standard) mi ha un po’ delusa: arredi un po’ datati, bagno piccolino senza cabina doccia e vista dal terrazzino non bellissima. La pulizia giornaliera della camera però è veramente buona.

The hotel was very nice and staff were great. They gave a transportion to and from Thira at any time. The pool was great. They have a pool table by the pool also. Not a lot of sun beds. Room was very simple. Beds, bathroom, kitchen (no stove), and 4 person sit down table. Seemed very old fashion but still a nice stay. Very close to bus stop. And 10-12 min walk to beach and restaurants. I didn’t like that the shower and sink water were salt water.

Our hostess, Vimitra, was so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is close enough yet far enough away from the center of town and the beaches to feel like you have truly escaped to a Greek Island. Decor was authentic Greece with modern amenities. It was nice having breakfast each morning in Greek style and the pool bar was enjoyable for the anytime of day snack and cocktail. The famed black beach is a short ten minute walk as is the center of town in another direction. A bus stop that takes you into other towns including Fira, the capitol and most populated city, is a one minute walk from the hotel . They arranged transportation to and from the airport, twice for dinner, and for a 1/2 day private guided tour of the island. I can not say enough about how pleasant our stay was with this lovely family owned and run business. We would much rather just visit Oia and Fira for an hour while staying in this little gem away from the crowds with easy beach access. We already miss it!!

The hotel itself is quite plain but comfortable and clean but the best thing about the hotel room is a half sized fridge for those who like to snack/are on a budget or just like chilled drinks in the room The hotel is in a really convenient location, right next to a bus stop and 5 mins walk to the nearest shops and the pool is excellent!

Great staff very helpful and warm. They provided us with converters to charge our phones and laptops, transportation to air port, helpful with directions, and even let us check out later than we were supposed to and held our bags! Our stay was great. And they cleaned our room daily!

Great bang for your buck
AMAZING SERVICE. It's not a five star hotel but definitely a five star experience. All of their rules and scheduling revolves around your plans. There's nothing they won't do. Such great service.

Lovely family run hotel.
Just got back from here and it's a lovely place. The family are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely. The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good. The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, because I can't find any faults.

Lovely and peaceful hotel near the beach
This place is exactly what we needed as we were looking for a mixture of peaceful and exciting holiday. The location is perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They catered to all our needs and requests. The pool was clean and the snack options were reasonable.

It was short but nice stay. Since our room was close to the pool, we had easy access to the bar and pool all the time. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Just a bit disappointed with the toilet , since it was too small .

Great hotel with stunning mountain backdrop 15 min walk to the beach. Very friendly staff clean rooms only downside is the rooms are a little dated and could do with overhauling.

Hotel was fine and served its purpose, close to bus stop, 200 m walk to beach and staff were friendly however the bathroom was too small and awkward and was a little noisy with traffic. Basic but functional accommodation.

L'hotel è economico, partendo da questo punto comprendo le carenze di manutenzione. Doccia senza box e tenda, inevitabile bagnare tutto il bagno. Ruggine sui caloriferi. Mobilio e sanitari datatti. Nel complesso però camera molto pulita con cambio biancheria giornaliero. Comodo il frigo nella stanza e aria condizionata, necessaria anche a settembre. Unica grossa pecca, il bagno aveva l'unica finestrella affacciata sulla scala che portava alle stanze del secondo piano, per cui era impossibile tenerla aperta durante un qualsiasi uso del bagno. Abbiamo usufruito una sola volta della colazione, esclusa dal costo della camera; € 5 per un vassoio che comprendeva un uovo sodo, una fetta di torta, del pane al sesamo, marmellate e yogurt greco. Nessuna possibilità di scelta.

Nice pool, friendly staff, take pride in their hotel. Will pick you up from the port or airport. Quiet and away from all the tourists traps with quick transits to Fira and even closer to Kamari and Pyrgos. Would definitely go back

In linea con le aspettative
L'albergo mantiene le premesse, ovviamente non occorre pretendere particolari lussi, si tratta sempre di un 3 stelle. L'offerta si distingue positivamente per la pulizia, il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani (forse addirittura eccessivo), la gentilezza e disponibilità delle persone. La colazione è sufficiente, anche se manca un po' di varietà. Gradevole la zona piscina, molto pulita, magari da utilizzare per un po' di relax dopo una giornata spesa in giro per l'isola. Nonostante la buona vicinanza con la spiaggia (bella) di Perivolos, che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi, è consigliabile il noleggio di un mezzo per girare l'isola a piacimento. Non è la prima volta per me in Grecia, l'esperienza è stata positiva e consigliabile, in relazione lo ripeto, a quanto si può pretendere da una struttura di questo livello.

Good hotel because of its location - nearby the beach however the street was very noisy thanks to the motorbikes..the Island has amazing view but there are many people also in September so prepare that it won´t be so quiet as a small Island..the big advantage is the variety of provided services on the Island, such as many sunbeds, restaurants, shops, buses, nice places to watch the sunset and some trips..the holiday is not boring and everyone can find what he likes..the sea was warm, it has never rained and there was crystal water. No immigrants or no problem to walk at night..it is a safe Island..however the prices for food are little bit higher than on Naxos, Paros and etc. What I didn ´t not like was the traffic and the smell from cars..

Receptionist changed my room without proper explainable but changed me back to the original room after the barmaid came and translated for us. The barmaid was excellent and very friendly. The port transfer was necessary and glad it was free.

We hired a quad for 10 days, and travelled the island numerous times, but I can honestly say Perrissa and the little hotel was the best we could find, we stayed in room 19, was small, but perfect for a couple, everything clean, every day, pool was beautiful and immaculate, a very lovely traditional Greek paradise....

Nice hotel, within steps to the beach.
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is family owned so the whole family works it and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. They are really helpful and the place was very clean. Late at night we enjoyed lounging by the pool and the bar, there is a pool table as well. Pretty laid back. Within steps to the beach but I would recommend Renting a small buggy or bike to get around since it's easier. Do recommend doing the tours the hotel offers. They were great!!!

Hotel comodo e personale ottimo
L'hotel è buono, dotato di piscina e di stanze carine, seppure siano un po' piccole. Tuttavia c'è il frigo e anche un angolino su cui è possibile trovare un buono spazio. Il bagno è senza la finestra e la doccia, almeno nella nostra stanza, era dotata solo di doccino senza sostegno e senza vetrate. Il balcone è piccolino ma ci sono le sedie. Le stanze sono sempre pulite e gli asciugamani sempre cambiati. Il vero punto di forza dell'hotel è la proprietaria, sempre cortesissima e disponibilissima. Forse un po' caro per la stanza, ma nel complesso è un buon hotel.

Grazioso albergo a due passi dal mare
Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trovato l'hotel davvero accogliente, in una posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia nera di Perivolos. I servizi che offre l'albergo sono buoni ed il personale è molto disponibile. La piscina è tenuta in buone condizioni. La pulizia delle stanze è ottima. In sostanza siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti.
