Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Hotellin alue on kaunis ja hyvin hoidettu. Liikuntapaikat; tenniskenttä ja minigolf olivat aika huonossa kunnossa. Kävelymatka hersonissoksen keskustasta ylös hotellille oli aika rankka. Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista.

Great hotel but the beds are from hell
Allt var bra förutom sängarna som var så hårda som stenar. Inte direkt 4-stjärnor avseende den delen. Utsikten var magisk och poolområdet jättebra. Middagsmatsalen såg ut som en skolmatsal. Kan behöva en inredare akut. Vi åt middagarna ute. Lunch och frukost var bra. Men vill du sova i komfort - välj ett annat hotell.

Un hôtel très joli, très propre. Une piscine très agréable avec une magnifique vue. L'hôtel est cependant un peu isolé et une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter des sites. La plage en contrebas est très petite. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours présent et voulant aider les clients. C'est vraiment un plus. Dernier défaut, la connexion Wi-Fi n'est pas bonne.

Vista mozzafiato, posizione vicina alla spiaggia e anche al centro, troppe poche corse il servizio navetta. Cucina internazionale discreta. Camera grande con balcone a vista, villaggio molto bello con tanto verde.

Gutes Familienhotel mit Schönheitsfehler
Das Hotel ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Der Strand ist in ca. 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Hotel steht auf einer Anhöhe, diese ergibt eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Meeresbucht und das Städtchen Mirsa. Essen, Pool und andere Annehmlichkeiten sind Gut. Gute Essen, nicht nur internationales auch nationales Essen. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und mehrsprachig. Negativ Punkt war, dass das Hotel die Reservation der Liegestühle mit Badetüchern verbietet aber es trotzdem gemacht wird. Es wird auch nicht kontrolliert was sehr nervig war. Leute die den Pool benutzen wollten, hatten keinen Platz mehr, dafür waren Badetücher den ganzen Tag auf Sonnenliegen im Schatten.

Great hotel but ...
Nice hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues don't pick this hotel as lots of steps up and down and their shuttle service to the beach and town is limited. I use crutches and found it a struggle to get around and felt trapped in a pretty prison. My room was spotless and serviced every day as was the hotel.

Super hôtel et service. Le all in ne comprend pas cependant les cocktails et compagnie comme dans d'autres établissements. Ne convient selon nous pas pour personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite puisque se trouve sur les hauteurs de la ville et de la plage.

Not 4 star basic 2 tops!
My Partner and I travel a lot and we booked this hotel as it was a good price for all inclusive. We went to a friends wedding was the reason for our trip. Firstly the good - the location is lovely with good views of the coast, the pool area is nice, lunch and snacks ( rolls and fruit and salad ) by the pool are also ok,but unfortunately that is about it. The Negative - the reception staff were not welcoming and quite awkward, wanted various e nails of proof of booking even though we had references and wanted it e mailed to them. We had a ground floor room with no view ( wasn’t a major problem for us as was only here for one week but was advertised as 4 star and being so high on the hill half expected a good view ) the bath has a massive crack in it which the receptionist said “I know about this one” that took two days for them to change our room. Again no view. When we went to go to the wedding we putting £50 inside unopened card as a gift only to find £40 inside then my girlfriend found £20 missing from her purse. We informed reception but didn’t expect anything to come of it it was purely informative for their own knowledge. The bathroom floor floods with raw sewage from drain if you have a bath, be warned it stinks! Breakfast is awful we ate out every morning and we are easily pleased with egg and toast but had no toaster! Cold water for three days in shower. And check out no customer service just took the key from us! Be warned don’t stay here!

Hotel nel complesso gradevole,buona struttura..camere pulite e ordinate..gode di un'ottima vista sulla baia. Dista 800 mt circa dal mare...all inclusive leggermente inferiore a quella sperimentata in altri alberghi della stessa categoria nel complesso il cibo buono. Consiglio per chi viaggia con la famiglia...fatevi dare camere lontano dalla piscina e dalla game room..

So-so experience
The hotel located on a hill within ~20 min of up and down walking distance to village center and beach (there's shuttle service very few times a day). So we used to rent a car to feel independent, also close to facility area is boring after few days' stay. All inclusive programm was completely unnecessary, kids refused to eat most of dishes as it was fat and not tasty, number of free drinks was limited, most of the time we had main meal outside. The pool is small and almost no shadysides arround. The towel is on your own, if you take a one from the room, staff will make you troubles to exchange afterwards. In room small fridge, weak conditioner and hard bads. No shampo and other toiletries. Wi-Fi coverage is poor, the signal is strong enough only in reception area which was far away from our bungalow. Few good points: There's a very good sea view, hotel staff is very nice, prices are reasonable, short drive to waterparks.

La estadía estuvo muy bien. Incomodo bastante que el personal del comedor estaban todo el tiempo encima, sacando cubiertos, platos, vasos y cosas de la mesa, cuando aun estábamos usándolos. Faltaría un poco mas de cuidado en lugares de estar como gimnasio y sala de billar, donde había muchas luces que no funcionaban.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Seating area for evenings is too small for number of guests. Also, getting drinks can take a while as they turn off the self service pumps from 6pm.

Nice Veiw short walk to beach
We spent 10 days at this hotel It was ok the beer was watery and coffee weak Beer cups where very thin small plastic cups But I have too say the food was very good plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals There was also a buffet lunch which was also good. The room was basic but was kept clean every day Beds where a bit hard The staff where very friendly and helpful When we arrived we where showed our room Then given a list of times for meals . It sits on a large plot but on the last day we found a different pool I feel the staff should have showed us all the facility's when we arrived . There seemed to be lots of german guests Maybe this was why But if you book have a good look around the complex when you arrive . Any questions you have the staff will help they are very helpful Lastly the broadband is Rubbish I upgraded my broadband paying 20 euros but it was still Rubbish But the Veiw from the complex is the best Hope this helps Thanks Dominic

Had a fantastic time there !
I spent 4 days there and I had a fantastic time!! I was on my own and first of all, I'd like to say how all staff is nice and smiley!! It really does make a difference. The receptionists are extremely nice and a particular thank you to Chrisoula who was answering all my questions, even the most stupid ones and who was giving me advice on what to do around. Also, shout out to Harris and Le Maître d'Hotel (I believe George) who were so kind and funny. The hotel is on a hill so you get magnificent views. There are some shuttles back and forth city/beach but I didn't use them since I liked walking around and discover by myself - which I suggest to everyone by the way. You can access the beach withing 10 minutes walk. The room was clean, very nice and I had a lovely balcony. My room relatively small but it is not a shoebox either. There was room service every day too. The swimming-pools were very nice and I always found a mat. If you enjoy nice views, then, you can easily spend a day by the swimmng pool. The food was really lovely. It was varied and there was food for anyone: whether you enjoy proteins, carbs, vegetables etc, you'd find happiness for your stomach. The waiters were all so nice but shout out to Alvaro who always had the biggest smile on his face.

Flot udsigt
Fint hotel med en super flot udsigt. Maden var rigtig god og personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger på en niveau delt grund og er derfor ikke egnet for gang besværet. Wi-Fi kunne være bedre og så der er kun 2 pools og ikke 4 som der står teksten.

Очень красивый панорамный вид из ресторана на город Херсониссос; ухоженная зеленая территория; просторный семейный номер; красивый вид на море из номера; изношенная мебель; сломанный кондиционер; отличный Wi-fi; платный сейф; очень хорошая уборка номеров. Отель находится не далеко от прекрасного белого пляжа и замечательного изумрудного, прозрачного Критского моря. В ресторане не хватает на всех туристов столов; за едой очередь; у бассейна не хватает лежаков и солнцезащитных зонтиков; в баре у бассейна не хватает на всех стульев - это УЖАС!!! Отвратительное питание в ресторане, особенно обеды.

Afslapning, fantastisk udsigt og god mad
All inklusive ophold med god mad. Især aftensmaden er super. Hotellet ligger højt hævet over bugten og byen hvilket giver en fantastiskudsigt og en masse ro. Personalet er arbejdsomt og meget venlige. Et super ophold med familien.

Nice hotel, wonderful view
Really enjoyed our stay here. We did ask for a different room when we first got there as original room was a bit dark with small balcony and no view. The room we did get had a wonderful view.

Only to sleep - never a 5 star hotel
Don't book the promo-room! This means you will sleep in another small builiding where you don't even have your own balcony, wlan etc. The room was dirty and uncomfortable. So we wanted to change our room as soon as possible to the main hotel building. We had to pay 10 euros in addition per night to receive a standart room. So promo means an ugly room where you can use the facilities of the main building.. The food & buffet wasn't good as well and the menue was always quite the same. All inclusive was: only one alcoholic drink per order and only until 11pm and the dining room was open only for short time sequences.. So all in all i would never go to this hotel again!
