Ok deluxe…
Nice hotel, but it is no more a new hotel. The outdoor area is fantastic. Room was cleaned nicely every day, but did show some history of use, but it was a nice room. The bed in our room was simply put dreadful(it was round and they could not provide extra supportmatress that fit the bed, so I slept poorly for 10 days). We got what we ordered, but staff seemed somewhat inexperienced, they did not do amfollowup on our issues. And I’m no fan of chasing service or chasing sunbeds when you are at a 5star hotell. Loved our stay, but it had some shortcomings. The private beach is great, some noice from the road beside the hotel and you need to take a bus or rent a bike to get to other restaurants than the hotels. Would recommend the hotel, but 5 star with premium pricing, really?

Helt fantastisk!
Fantastisk hotell, rolig og avslappet atmosfære. Topp service ~ hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Alle gjør sitt for at oppholdet blir uforglemmelig. Nydelig og variert mat. Spa avdelingen har et godt utvalg for ekstra velvære! Hotellet ligger en kort taxi-tur fra Kos by. Anbefales!!

Flott hotell med begrensninger
Positive ting med dette hotellet er flott akitektur og stillhet. Dersom man kun ønsker seg en rolig tilværelse i pene omgivelser foran bassengkanten, er dette hotellet et godt valg. Men det er viktig å være klar over at hotellet ligger litt i "ingenmannsland"; det er ingen andre servicetilbud i umiddelbar nærhet. Det er en trafikkert vei mellom hotellet og stranden, som forøvrig er nordvent og noe steinete. Mat og service er god, men utmerker seg heller ikke.

Flott hotell et stykke under Kos og alt annet
Hotellet var kjempe flott med noe av de største svømmebassengene vi har vært bort i. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke under Kos by og flyplassen og egner seg for folk som vil slappe helt av men ikke er ut etter å oppleve så mye utenfor hotellets grenser. God mat, kjempe fine rom, mulighet for å trene både tennis og på treningsstudio. Går du glipp av frokosten derimot er det ikke noe mat å få før kl 12, bortsett fra en pose med kjeks eller lignende i kiosken.

Diamond Deluxe er et hotell med bra kvalietet og alt som er godt hottell, samt gjester trenger. Veldig god mat, fine rom, flott swimming pool, så hotellet fortjenner *****. NB. Det skulle ha vært fint med infolapp som kan henges på døra når man ønsker å sove lenge uten å bli forstyrret av vaskedamer...og litt for mye stein og søppel på stranda....ellers tip-top..!

Meget bra hotell, med alle fasiliteter. Hotellet ligger for seg selv i rolige omgivelser og passer utmerket for barnefamilier. Buss forbildelse inn til Kos by hver halvtime (på dagen) som tar 10 min. Man kan utmerktet godt gå turen inn på 4/5 km.

Diamond Deluxe Hotel - romantisk ferie
Diamand Deluxe Hotel besøkte vi i begynnelsen av mai 2011. Hotellet ligger 3 km utenfor Kos sentrum og er perfekt for en romantisk tur med sin bedre halvdel. Hotellet består av små bygninger med opptil 6 leiligheter.De leilighetene som ligger 1. etg mot bassenget har en egen liten terrasse der man kan hoppe rett ut i vannet. Flott nytt hotell med blid betjening og veldig fine rom. SPA biten prøvede vi også, den er nok noe mer midt på treet. 10 meter ned til stranden og fra hotellets poolbar er det fantasktisk utsikt over middelhavet. Hotellet passer ikke så bra for barnefamilier. Vi reiser tilbake i oktober.

Hotel 5 km fra Kos City
Hotellet ligger få km fra Kos city rett ved en lang sandstrand i rolige landlige omgivelser. Fra flyplassen tok vi rutebuss til Kos sentrum, ca 40 km. Derfra drosje. Det koster ca 33 Euro med drosje direkte fra flyplassen til hotellet. Hotellet har flere svømmebassenger. Ved stranden finns hotellets solstoler og parasoller. Flott utsikt fra hotellet i alle retninger over enger og fjell, over havet til fastland og øyer. Hotellet er veldig delikat og elegant med hvite flater, vannflater og detailer i gull. Hotelelt har Spa, noe vi ikke prøvde.

Great rooms/pool/food but bad service/location
Positives: The rooms (the 3 we saw) were very nice, clean and big enough for two friends sharing. The pool was beautiful but too cold for swimming this early in the year (April). The food (breakfast and dinner inclusive) was wonderful, with a large range of Greek/western food/desserts. Negatives: Upon arrival we had to check into three separate rooms as they mixed up and gave us keys to other people’s rooms. This involved walking back and forth and the staff made it seem like our problem rather than theirs, definitely not a 5 star resort. The following day we checked in the hotel information book in our room which said breakfast finished at 11. We arrived at 1020 and were told that breakfast ended at 1000. We told the food manager that the book said 1100 and he said we had to walk back to our room and bring the book back to show him as he didn't believe us. When we arrived back he said this was last year's book and that he could possibly bring us some yoghurt and bread. In the meantime, we went and sat at the breakfast tables in the sunshine. When he came with the food he told us off for sitting outside where the other hotel residents could see us eating our breakfast late. No apology whatsoever for the incorrect info in the book and we were told off for sitting in the sunshine rather than in the restaurant. The location was much further from Kos Town than we had expected approx. 5km or 10km return. Overall, this is a very nice hotel but because of the service/location I doubt I would ever return.

I hotellinformasjonen stod det at det var DVD på rommet og at det var oppvarmet basseng innendørs. Begge deler viktig når man reiser med barn. Man måtte betale for å få varmet opp vannet i bassenget innendørs, og det gikk ikke å se norske filmer. Det ble forsøkt ordnet så vi kunne se filmer, men uten hell.

Loved the lay out of the hotel especially the rooms leading straight out onto the pool. A small hotel which suited us for a few days stay. The restaurant staff were exceptional. I have a dietary intolerance and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was safe to eat. They were always smiling and friendly. The only downside which wasn’t clear on the website is that the beach is on the other side of the road. Would love to return to this hotel

The property is gorgeous.....but the staff were EXTREMELY rude!! They harrassed us about how many people we had staying in our room, checking pur passport numbers before check-in and at check out. We were harassed several times by the front desk staff about how many people we had staying in our room (we had 2, which is what was what was reserved). Specifically IVAN at the front desk was completely inappropriate with us, treating us horribly. Then the check out time apparently changed from noon to 11am. And we were told about this at 11am on day of check out!!! They called the room to tell us we had to check out right then!! Never was told at check in about an update in checkout time, their website states noon is check out time and my reservation stated noon as check out time. Over all horrible experience and will never return To this hotel. We were simple guests that werent loud and didnt deserve the poor customer service and harassment we received!!!! Not to mention paying for the most expensive room the property had to offer.

Let us respond accordingly to the actual facts. You were a group that had made four separate reservations, with the total number of people booked 7. On arrival there were 14 people, the 3 rooms which you had booked occupied 2 persons max and the other room could occupy 3, which we further accommodated. Upon your check in we infoprmed you that there were more people entering the hotel than the rooms booked could occupy and you totally ignored our comments and proceeded into the restaurant. We are absolutely positive that no other hotel accepts this behavior and especially a 5 star hotel, but your behavior and ignorance to the matter absolutely reinforces that you are not 5 star guests. The mistake we did make was not contacting the authorities to personally escort the extra persons that arrived and decided to make themselves comfortable. We too agree that you were horrible guests, rude as well as arrogant. Overall we would not welcome you back!

Beautiful resort with super friendly staff. SPA was amazing, had one of the best messages. WiFi connection definitely needs improvement, was very difficult at times to receive internet. Quantity and variety of the food could be upgraded and improved.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool
Der Service, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Poolbereich ist hervorragend. Besonders möchten wir Frau Gorginia loben, die Abends immer den Zimmerbereich totol schöne nachtfertig gemacht hat. Weiterhin ist die Sauberkeit zu loben. Von früh morgens bis spät abends wurde gefegt, gewischt. Frühstück absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Rentoutumista kaipaavalle
Tyylikäs ja loistava hotelli. Aamupala loistava! Kokki paistaa munakkaan tms. toivomuksesi mukaan. Iltaisin on monipuolinen buffet. Ravintolan hintataso on ihan ok, lounas maksaa noin 9-16e ja illallisbuffet 30e. SPA-kylpylän hoidot melko hintavia. Keskustaan on 3 km. Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä ei mitään, mutta on rannalla. Se sopii niille, jotka tarvitsevat rauhallisuutta ja leopa sekä rentoutumista. En ole koskaan aiemmin käynyt näin suuressa uima-altaassa uimassa. Tilaa riittää hyvin kaikille eikä tarvitse varoa muita.

Not 5 star service, only 1 bottle of water provided on arrival, 1st "5*" hotel that has not provided water daily. Limited storage in room, no hooks in bathroom to hang anything. Beach poor lots of rocks/pebbles , not maintained very well, rubbish lying around. Expensive. Furniture at pool/ lobby bar uncomfortable

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. As a 5* establishment, upon arrival we provide fruit and wine, a bottle of water and two yoghurts. In all our bathrooms, there is a wooden ladder which has been specifically designed for the purpose of hanging towels. The coastal area where our hotel is located stretches approximately seven kilometers. Fortunately or unfortunately, this coastal stretch is ecologically protected. Taking this into consideration, our private beach is thoroughly cleaned twice a day. Kind Regards,

Better out than inside
The Hotel is very beautiful, the view is amazing, but inside the Room, the Air Conditioning was very noisy, ( No balance for the room size), and when you like to set the Quiet mode for sleeping, the set can not keep the temperature and or you feel hot or you can sleep due to the noisy machine. The food is below the average for this category of Hotels, and you have to pay as an extra for the water, or for the Natural Orange juice. The environment is very clean, but the pools smells a lot of chlorine. But in the other hand, the people is very kind at all times.

הגענו לחופשת אמצע החיים ארבע אבות מתבגרים לשקט והנ
מצאנו את המלון נוח,בעל שירות טוב,התמקמנו בחדרים מצוינים הפונים לבריכה וסמוכים אחד לשני .האוכל טוב ,בערב קצת פחות.הברמן ופקידת הקבלה והמארחת של חדר האוכל היו מאוד דקותיים ומכניסי אורחים.המלון מתוחזק אך יש מקום לשיפור למשל מזרקות הבריכה הפנימית שלא עבדו.ממוקם מצוין כ 3 קמ מהעיר,מאוד נהנינו מהשכרת האופניים.מגרש האניס סביר,כדורים ומחבטים חבוטים משהו.הבריכות מעולות,שווה בהחלט אין ילדים!!!

Hit vill vi absolut resa tillbaka!
Vi har aldrig varit så nöjda med en hotellbokning förr. Allt som bilderna lovade stämde med råge. Vi hade beställt ett rum som kallades Front of pool, vilket varmt kan rekommenderas. Det innebar att vi hade egna solstolar, parasoll och pool rakt utanför vår altandörr. Underbart! Poolområdet smart uppbyggt så att det känns som att man får en egen del av poolen och slipper ligga och trängas. Vi är vana resenärer men detta hotell överträffade alla förväntningar. Vi var här andra veckan i oktober och vädret var fint alla dagar utom en som var halvklar. Vi hade hyrt cyklar genom hotellet, prisvärt och bra, och cyklade enkelt och bekvämt mellan hotellet och Kos stad nästan varje dag. Ett solklart 5-stjärnigt hotell. Återigen: maten tillreddes med kärlek och fina råvaror vare sig man åt i baren, ordinarie matsalen eller finrestaurangen och servicen var rakt igenom fantastisk!

The 'sparkling' Diamond!
I stayed at the Diamond for 6 days as my daughter was getting married in Kos. There was not a thing I could criticise! All of the staff were attentive, polite and hardworking. I was late arriving as I'd got lost, but although it was after midnight I got a lovely welcome from the older man who is sometimes on reception. I was taken to my room by Leon, who is a delightful young man and works so very hard to make everything perfect for guests. I saw him every day and he always asked if everything was alright. The breakfast waiters were equally kind and attentive with perfect manners. The room was immaculate with luxurious bed-linen and the view from the terrace was amazing. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all of the staff there.

Dall'accoglienza al giorno della partenza , struttura, personale, cibo , tutto stupendo. Confort da vero 5 stelle. Il personale delle pulizie eccellenti , cortesi e mai invadenti. Piscine fantastiche con tutti i confort . Insomma una struttura veramente bella ed accogliente. Consigliata.

Hotel innovativo dotato di grande personalità e confort. Sfortunatamente la nostra camera,standard, non è stata all altezza delllo standard dell hotel perché situata al piano terra -seminterrato molto umida e maleodorante, un vero peccato.

Highly recommended!
Other than the poor wifi (worked most of the time but was very very very slow) everything was amazing!! Staff was extremely nice, perfect location (10 min bus ride to kos town), awesome rooms, great breakfast, and overall we had the perfect relaxing vacation we wanted!! Highly recommended for all the couples who just want to relax! The adults only policy is great too! Our Pool frontal room made the stay much better so it worth adding a little and get one of those!

Con mia moglie è la seconda volta che andiamo a Kos. La scelta di andare al Diamond Deluxe Hotel era stata dettata non tanto dalle stelle o dalle buone recensioni degli ospiti , quanto dal fatto che la pubblicità lo dava come "sconsigliato" per famiglie con Bambini e "consigliato", per chi volesse rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità in un ambiente discreto e non popolatissimo ( la precedente esperienza a Kos era stata fatta in un villaggio bellissimo, ma con troppi ospiti di tutte le età e di conseguenza con tanto rumore in ogni momento della giornata o della notte ) Il silenzio, gli ampi spazi a disposizione, la discrezione del personale, la qualità del cibo e la bellezza della struttura con i tanti servizi a disposizione, hanno fatto si che la sia stata rigenerante
