Negativt: Det første jeg legger merke til på hoteller er rengjøringen på rommet. Da vi ankom sent på kvelden, fant vi bl.a skjegg- rester på baderomsbenken, spindelvev i hjørnene og skitt på gulvet. Det tydet på ingen eller dårlig rengjøring før rommet skulle få nye gjester - noe jeg synes er ekkelt. Vi klaget dagen etter og ble lovet ny rengjøring. Etter flere timer ved bassenget ble rommet bare redd opp, men ikke rengjort. Da ble jeg så oppgitt at jeg ba etter rengjøringsmidler for å vaske selv, men det fikk vi ikke. De sendte noen som dro over badet, men de forstod ikke at de skulle ta gulvene også. Derfor vasket jeg over de med et håndkle. Jeg ble også skuffet over standarden på hotellrommet, med tanke på at det er 4 stjerner. Det var slitt, masse malingsflekker, men det verste var badet. Det var hull i vegger, mugg og råte i fugene på flisene og det luktet gammel fukt. Vi fant også maur og sølvkre-dyr der. Ettersom vi hadde rom i en slags leilighetsbygning, var døren til rommet også ytterdør rett ut i naturen. Under døra var det en sprekk på 1 cm eller 2, altså døra gikk ikke ned til gulvet. Dermed var det fritt frem for insekter å komme inn. Vi tettet sprekken med et håndkle hver dag. Nest siste kveld, da vi skulle legge oss, fant vi en stor kakelakk på nattbordet. Jeg hater de dyrene og det ødela nattesøvnen min de to siste nettene. Vi vet ikke hvordan den kom inn. Housekeeping lar jo døra stå åpen når de rer opp rommet, så det kan være derfor. Men uansett ødelegger det mye for meg... Positivt: Betjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom. All inclusive var nytt for oss - men måltidene var varierte og bød på mye god mat: Kjøtt, fisk, fugl, grønnsaker (kokte og rå) og masse salater. Snack- baren ved bassenget var åpen hele dagen og vi kunne forskyne oss med is, pizza, drikke og snacks når som helst. Bassenget hadde mange solsenger - noe mange hoteller har lite av. Likevel var det mye dårlig folkeskikk av gjestene ved å legge håndklær på senger og så forsvinne i flere timer. Akkurat det er utrolig irriterende og rett og slett dårlig folkeskikk. Stranden lå noen få skritt fra bassenget, og det var en flott strand med deilig sand. Hotellet har et Animation- team som står for aktiviteter og underholdning for store og små hele dagen og kvelden. De gjør en kjempe jobb. De er flinke og sprer godt humør. Hotellet ligger noe usentralt, men er perfekt hvis man vil ha det stille og rolig. Det er også bare ti minutter kjøring til Heraklion, som er hovedstaden på Kreta. Så man kan fint ta dagsturer dit hvis man vil shoppe. Det var også representanter fra ulike reiseselskap fra ulike land som var innom hotellet hver dag. Selv om vi reiste uten turoperatør, fikk vi være med på noen utflukter via et engelsk selskap. Vi hadde terrasse på rommet med en nydelig havutsikt. Solnedgangene er fantastiske. Hotellet hadde et veldig fint uteområde med bord og stoler, så gjestene kunne sitte ute å kose seg hele kvelden. Det var også en liten butikk på hotellet som solgte drikke, badeleker, solkrem ++. Veldig kjekt. Jeg bestilte massasje en av dagene - og det var svært behagelig. Det mest imponerende var at da vi skulle reise hjem midt i natta, hadde taxiene startet en 48 timers streik. En hotell- ansatt kjørte to turer med administrasjonens bil midt i natta for å få oss til flyplassen. DET er utrolig imponerende service. Konklusjon: Hotellet er egentlig bra. Mulighetene er mange når det gjelder aktiviteter, servicen er god (bortsjett fra det ene tilfellet med rengjøringen), maten er god og variert, og man trives her. Men jeg mener at de må pusse opp rommene hvis de vil beholde 4 stjernes status. Ellers burde det gå ned til 3 stjerner. Jeg forventer rene og tette rom uten råte, hull og veggskader når jeg booker 4 stjerners hotell.

Flott opphold!
Vi var 1 uke på hotellet og hadde med datteren vår på 3 år. Dette hotellet og all inclusive var perfekt med tanke på barn - så enkelt! Bassengområdet og stranden var like ved; alt var i kort, KORT gåavstand. Flott service og fantastisk personalet!Det var drosjestreik da vi skulle hjem klokken 3 på natten(!) men da stilte hotellet opp med deres bil og en snill ansatt, som sto opp og kjørte oss til lflyplassen mot at vi betalte bensinpenger. I tillegg var maten veldig god og variert! Vi drar gjerne tilbake, helst med en gang! :)

Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do. Really happy.

Checkin was a breeze. They upgraded my room. Very clean. Our family enjoyed the many food options. Water was cold in April but kids loved the slides. Georgios at check in took extra care to make sure the chef knew of my son’s allergies. This property is well kept, and service was great.concierge gave great recommendations to see the area. Bus stop close by and airport very close

Hotel is a 15 minute taxi from airport and we arrived early. Delighted that we were able to access our room immediately and even had a complementary upgrade. We can honestly recommend the swim up rooms, and location right on beachfront was amazing. The mini bar only sticks a small selection of fizzy soft drinks and a couple of bottles of still water. So don’t expect wine or beer! Staff were without fail polite and helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and lovely.

This is truly a great hotel for people looking for a full inclusive stay. Personnel is very qualified and helpful. Everyone is also very nice and attentive to details. Everything is remarkably clean and cleaning crew deserves nothing but praises. The food is also truly surprising by its quality, very fresh, tasteful and a gigantic choice. The buffet changes a bit everyday and there are options for any diet. The buffet is actually so good that both 'a la carte' restaurants feel underwhelming in comparison. Very good option for families with young children as there are water slides, pools everywhere, games, quality activities every nights and a gigantic beach. The tiny gym is functional but not remarkable. The only real downside to know before you go there is that planes fly almost above the hotel to land in Heraklion. Noise is not overwhelming but you hear it clearly. It gets a bit annoying on the long run as they are very frequent during the day. Overall a wonderful stay.

Très bel hôtel avec des belles infrastructures il est grand et on a pas l impression d être les uns sur les autres.peu de clientèle francophone essentiellement des anglais et allemands. Mieux vaut avoir quelques notions d anglais! Le petit bémol par ce qu il y en a un: la nourriture !que nous n avons pas trouvé top top comme on a pu le lire dans d autres commentaires. On Sait les français sont chiants avec la bouffe … mais pour avoir fait un autre club en crete on y a mieux mangé. Donc un petit effort sur la nourriture pour séduire les français et ce sera le top. Je tenai aussi à remercier Arina beach pour la délicate attention surprise qu a reçu ma fille pour son anniversaire elle a eu droit à un gâteau monté en chambre pour ses 14 ans. Sinon cet hôtel est top bien situé mais il vaut mieux louer une voiture pour aller explorer les environs, un bureau de location est disponible au sein de l hôtel 😉

Excellent hôtel pour un voyage en amoureux
Ce séjour était vraiment excellent ! L’hôtel est très beau, les communs sont bien entretenus et le buffet est varié ! Je tiens à vraiment remercier Mathéo, Marina et Costa pour les bons moments, Yamas !! Merci aussi à Valinho et Galin pour les animations, ils nous ont vraiment fait apprécié notre séjour !! Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, nous avons passé un très bons séjour en Mai, au pieds de la plage. Seul petit point négatif : il n’y a pas d’endroit spécifique pour les fumeurs, il y a donc des fumeurs à la piscine ….

Le resort est très propre tout est neuf. Grand choix d'espaces baignades avec bars, musique ou au calme si on préfère. Les enfants ont 2 piscines avec toboggans à dispo. La restauration est parfaite, le choix au buffet est très complet et les plats chauds différents et variés à tous les repas. Aucun risque de se lasser... Le personnel est accueillant et avenant, rien à redire tout le monde est très serviable. Juste une remarque, la plage à côté du complexe est d'une saleté sans nom, pleine de détritus, verre, plastiques etc... Impossible d'aller s'y promener.

Hotel is really pleasing on the eye, very welcoming arrival at Reception! View from our penthouse room was incredible, such amazing sunset views. The downfall for us was the food, apart from the Asian Restaurant which was incredible. The other food areas did offer much variety or flavour. The pool areas were great but very very cold. The evening entertainment could have been a lot better to engage more of the hotel stayers but overall our stay was nice.

Rundum ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl im Urlaub gefühlt. Das Essen und Getränke hätten nicht besser sein können. Alles swhr hochwertig und mit Öiebe zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war richtig schön und sauber. Das Personal war uneingeschränkt hilfsbeteit und freundlich. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und einfach schön. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen!

Nous avions une chambre avec piscine donnant sur la mer, extraordinaire, le buffet déjeuner est super, les snacks au resto de la plage excellents, et la nourriture du restaurant à la carte digne d'un bon restaurant, les portions sont très généreuses.

Transferzeit von Flughafen sehr kurz, ca. 15 Minuten. Jedoch ist das Hotel auch in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was zu Fluglärm führt. Diesen haben wir jedoch nicht weiter als störend empfunden. Leckeres, hochwertiges Essen & Getränke. Im A-la-Carte-Restaurant jedoch teils extrem lange Wartezeiten. Vor allem beim Frühstück. Im Asia-Restaurant war das Sushi hervorragend! Toll ist die direkte Strandlage. Jedoch ist der Strand nicht sonderlich breit und die Liegen stehen teils im Wasser. Es sind jedoch zur jeder Zeit Liegen am Poll und Strand verfügbar. Wir hatten ein Penthouse-Zimmer, welches schön eingerichtet und sauber war mit großartigem Meerblick. Leider war auf dem Dach über dem Zimmer ein Filteranlage o.ä., welche tagsüber durchgehend laut zu hören war. Das war sehr störend und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Beschwerden leider nicht behoben.

Resort is beautiful and offers a very good view. All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner; which is good value for your money. However, some of the food options were dry ans lacking in taste. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are big and clean.

This is a really nice all-inclusive. The property has many places to eat. Don't waste your time on the Asian or the A-la-Carte places.

Service was very good. Foods were better than average all inclusive. Facilities were good as renovated but little problems with maintenance. Shower handle adjusting temp and flow dropped and didn’t stay on place. Room lock tongue was not lubricated as got stuck many times so that room didn’t lock when closing door. Elevator inner door didn’t open many times when ordering to ground floor. Also was strange how only one hanger in bathroom so needed to put towels drying all over the room

Check-in was excellent and the receptionist were welcoming , however as soon as we entered the rooms we noticed tiny moths, no hand soap and dirty sheets, which we then complained to the reception team too. They helped with the sheets but failed to eliminate the moths and gave us a bar soap for our hands. Overall the facilities were great with good amenities, but what frustrated us was they refused to turn on the tennis court lights when it got dark (for no apparent reason). The food was mostly tasteful but cold and the service was very non challant. Overall I rate the place a 3/5

All-inclusive catering to large tour groups. Food is average and certainly not 4 star. Rooms are clean but lack duvets, just a single bedsheet, and the fire safety light gives the room a bright green glow that you cannot lower; greatly disturbing sleep. The staff are very nice, but I just can't recommend the hotel as a 4 star. It's 2 at best.

Due to the covid we keep our equipment at minimum. It is not only the duvets that have been taken away but microwaves & kettle facilities as well. Bungalow absolument daté, sales et mal entretenus. Vous y trouverez des fourmis, paillons de nuits, lézards...bref tout une vie animale. L'accueil et la réception sont biens. Le bâtiment ouest est complètement défraîchi et ne fait pas envie. Le restaurant (immense) sert de la nourriture très moyenne.
