2 stjerners hotell utgir seg for 5 stjerner
Dette fremstår som 5 stjerner, dette er helt feil. Anlegget er slitt, barområdet ute ser ut som en billig strandbar. ikke noe vindskydd, dårlig bemannet. Maten på hovedrestauranten får 2 stjerner, elendig, etterfylles for sjeldent, selv kalvekjøtt var seigt. Ølet er det billigste og mest smakløse du kan få tak i, bemanningen er for dårlig. det ryddes ikke av bordene før etter lang tid. Det eneste som var bra var rommet, men der lakk det i alle kraner, det var alltid vått på badegulvet. Vi kommer aldri tilbake!

Vi hadde en ukers oppholdt her, svømme basenget var fint , strand var fint , solsenger var tilgengelig hele tiden, mat tilbudet var elendig. Det brukes gammeldags lås for inngangsdøra på rommet og vi fikk bare en nøkkel. Rommet var ok, men løsning på badet var ikke bra det kom vann inn i rommet når vi dusjet, vi varslet dette men det ble ikke gjort noe. I alt syns vi at dette er ikke en fem stjerne standard ksnskje 3 stjerne.

Das Resort ist ca. 15 Auto-Minuten vom Airport entfernt, ca. 30 Min. von der Hauptstadt. Um das Resort ist so gut wie nichts, aber man hat alles innerhalb der Resort-Anlage, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Ohne Auto würde ich dort aber nicht urlauben, wenn ich mir auch die Insel anschauen möchte. Wenn Sie eine All-In-Urlaub mit viel Erholung, Ruhe und Entspannung suche, sind Sie hier jedoch genau richtig. Wir waren zum Ende der Saison da, was den Vorteil hatte, dass es ziemlich leer war, jedoch waren die Pools auch saukalt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Privatpool ... wochenlang herrschaten zuvor 30°, so dass ich dachte, das Wasser wäre warm ... ist es aber nicht, da es ständig getauscht/gefiltert wird und somit kalt ist. Beheizte Pools scheint es generell auf Rhodos nicht zu geben. Wen Welle, Salzwasser, Steine und Algen nicht stören, der kann auch ins Meer gehen, das tatsächlich wärmer war. Es gibt Animateure, die Französisch und Englisch sprechen, das Resort scheint besonders von Franzosen gebucht zu werden, es liefen aber auch Engländer, Deutsche und Russen rum, also recht gemischt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und spricht gerade im Restaurantbereich viele Sprachen, so dass man gut zurechtkommen sollte. Das Essen wird in Buffetform angeboten. Im All-in-Urlaub ist quasi von 7 Uhr bis 23 Uhr Verpflegung inkludiert. Fanden wir super, da wir eher Langschläfer sind und so gemütlich um 11/12 Uhr zum "Frühstück" gehen konnten.

This resort is quite far from Rhodes town. If you want to visit there often, you should rent a car or be prepared to pay around €40-50 for a taxi ride one way. The food was good and it was served in a variety of ways. The staff was very friendly, especially the spa and leisure staff. The rooms were cleaned daily but in general both of the bungallow rooms we stayed in smelled a bit damp when the doors were closed. Overall, this is a great resort with friendly staff and good food, with strong cocktails.

Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht für 3 Erwachsene in einem Familienzimmer. Leider hat das Zimmer nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Ein großes Manko war, dass die Badtüre nur aus Milchglas ist und der das diese nicht absperrbar war. Die Einrichtung wirkte nicht stimmig und war teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer aber für drei Erwachsene zu klein. Die Anlage hat großes Potential. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist großartig und auch die Terrasse vom Hauptrestaurant ist traumhaft. Das Personal hat ist sehr freundlich. Essen ist gut und immer ausreichend. Das Buffet macht immer einen guten Eindruck. Leider hat die Anlage optisch einige Schwachstellen und man könnte einige Punkte renovieren. Die Auswahl an der Snackbar ist eher schlecht und sehr überschaubar. Für uns war es trotz der Kritikpunkte ein erholsamer Urlaub.

The whole Hotel needs a complete redo. The Furniture is old, the woodenplanks around the pool are very old and partially broken. The food is Most of the Time cold and There isnt much variety. You geh Papier cups and plates for food which really doesnt fit a 5 Star hotel.

We liked that the property was spacious and brightly coloured. We liked that the property has its own beach and entertainment everyday. Our room was lovely and spacious too. The resort had nice shops (clothing and snacks/basic hygiene products) which was good.

Séjour convenable avec un personnel très agréable. La plage n’est jamais nettoyée des mégots et autres petits déchets. Il faut enlever les photos de l’ancienne salle de sport car il n’y en a plus aujourd’hui. L’odeur des toilettes côté restaurant italien-plage est assez désagréable. Mettre la climatisation dans le restaurant en même temps que les portes et fenêtres ouvertes est une aberration écologique de même que la quantité ahurissante de gobelets utilisés… les 5 étoiles de l’établissement valent tout juste un 3 étoiles.

La Salle de sport n’hésite plus.

In case of serious technical issues we always try to sort them out the earliest possible. Instead, let us clarify that a scrutinised check is performed before the rooms are delivered to our valued guests and there is a final check from the head housekeeper for additional needs.

Pros: Food was good, drinks as expected with local options in all incls Barmen were really nice and had also fun at their work Cons: -Pool water not incl chlorine or salt and because of not desinfection it smells really bad -Our rooms door was broken, when it was windy it kept huge noice starting from 5 am -there was no double/queen/king size beds, only two matrasses next to each other with big hole between -reception didnt answer to a calls during one week stay even once, so when there was issue you needed to walk to reception -they didnt have blankets for bed even when u asked many times until you yell at them then they ”found” oversheets (not blankets) Neutral: -Beach was really messy (not cleaned/closed) -No shuttle to city, - no ATM

The best hotel in Rhodos with a great service.
We were the first clients after korona lockdawn. Hotels is in the very good condition after the long break. Excellent service, hotel staff very friendly with a great altitiude to serve turist. Bungalow was very clean with the great seawiev. Very fresh and good food every day. Many thanks to the two waiters, George Kolezakis and Dimos Gatos for the good tips about Greek meals and food.We highly recommend this hotel to all who visit Rhodos.

Hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles qui n’en méritent à peine une! Tout le descriptif est faux. La COVid a bon dos. Pas de nettoyage des chambres. Faut aller réclamer pour que ce soit fait... Le nombre de transat est inférieur au nombre de personnes présentes dans l’hôtel. Même pour les serviettes faut réclamer sinon on ne les change pas!

Das Hotel hat aufjedenfall sehr hohes Potential! Absolut freundliches Personal & eine atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer. Dennoch lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig: Spinnenweben im Zimmer, verdreckte Poolduschen & der Strand ist eine reine Katastrophe. Des Weiteren ist das Essen immer kalt gewesen und auch nicht sonderlich lecker. Eine Renovierung wäre auch mal wieder nötig. 5 Sterne ist es das meiner Meinung zwar nicht wert, doch das könnte sich ändern, falls das Hotel an diesen Punkten arbeitet!

Personalen visste inte om att det skulle komma ytterligare gäster på deras sista dag på säsongen och visade det genom att göra miner åt varann (de ville uppenbarligen inte ha några fler). Vi hade bokat "havsutsikt", som var anledningen till bokningen över huvudtaget, men fick först "garden view". När vi påtalade det fick vi utsikt över havet, men mellan två hus som alltså var den var den största delen av "utsikten".

The hotell was not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3+. The beds was not ok.
