The Space:

This ground floor condo at SnowPine Village is perfect for a couple or small family looking for an Ellicottville getaway. The unit overlooks the Double Black Diamond Golf Course with access to the newly renovated tennis and pickleball courts in the development. The outdoor patio has a charcoal grill and picnic table (available in warmer months), a great spot to unwind after a day of hiking, biking, or exploring the village.



The building is on a hillside, so there are stairs down from the parking lot to the building entrance and an additional set of stairs to reach the unit.



The bedroom has a brand new king bed with a spacious layout. The kitchen has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker along with all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The living area has a sofa with a full size pullout bed for extra sleeping space. The eat in kitchen table works for meals or as a workspace.



Laundry is in the hallway and shared with other units in the building.



When winter comes, the SnowPine Lift is right next door with ski in/ski out access directly from the patio, conditions permitting.



This unit does not have air conditioning.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire unit in the condo.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.



Getting Around:

You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends.
