«I loved the hotel, it was clean and airy. My room was great, 2 beds, a chair and a desk with a chair. However, my came to get together with friends and there was no outdoor place to sit. The pool had tables and chairs but the pool area was closed. Very disappointing. Breakfast was good, hot, but nothing healthy like fruit, boiled egg or yogurt. It was a great deal for the price.»

«Hallways smells like cigarettes. My None smoking room had cigarette burns in the bed spreads. Carpet was really nasty. I feel like Hotels.com change the Hotel somewhere during the checkout process. I was looking at a different place all through the process. When I looked at the Itinerary the Day Of. It was too late to cancel. I'm done with you.»

«The Lodge at Old City Hall delivers an exceptional experience with spotless rooms, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail of our stay was wonderful, making it a place we'd highly recommend and happily return to!»

«The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options.»

«Reviews online were obviously fabricated. Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's. Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs. Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more. Will never stay there again.»

«This was our second time staying in a week. During our first stay, our air was not working and Dylan the front desk staff came up and worked on it. He would have given us a different room, but they were full. The owner/manager have us a credit on the room. So we decided to stay again on the way home. Dylan once again was amazing and accommodating. This young man is 25 and takes great pride in his job. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay near Dandridge, Pigeon Forge or ...

«We have stayed his multiple times and when I am in Morristown I automatically check if this hotel has openings for the dates I will travel. Very welcoming, accommodating, and always with a smile. Housekeeping exhibits professionalism and a true desire to make sure the guests have what they need. They are not intrusive at all. Great breakfast as usual. Love those little blueberry lemon scones. I look forward to those every visit. Great job everyone!»
