«The condo was pretty basic overall. The shower head was very old and barely worked, which made it frustrating to use. We also received an email the night before leaving reminding us to check out by 10 AM, even though we had been told we could have a later check out at 11 AM. That left us feeling rushed and a bit disappointed. »

«Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. »

«The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer ...
