«We had a beautiful 1night stay with breakfast in the morning. We slept comfortably, the amenities were perfect for what we needed and this 1902, 9K square foot home was filled with memories of the time. The stained glass! So incredible. Definitely recommend staying here and yes, without a doubt enjoy the morning breakfast. I had strawberry crepes and bacon. Delicious. Ps. The staff were all super gracious and accommodating. A perfect stay. »

«During me and my girlfriend G's road trip through California we did a two nights stop in South Lake Tahoe and stayed at Heavenly Vally Lodge. This show itself be one of the best places we stopped during the entire trip. This is a bed and breakfast run by a lovely couple that took very well care of us, they made breakfast every morning, made sure we had fresh and new water bottles at our room and cookies, have is discounts in places nearby and a nice introduction to the area. «Great, charming old house with loads of personality! With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry.
The breakfast wasn’t bad as it was home cooked. Because there were just a few guests staying at the same time as us, the main food was limited but that was not a surprise. Still, there were other standard options: cereals and bagels, etc. Most importantly, the coffee WAS hot!»

«The room was absolutely spotless, the bathroom and balcony was amazing, and after speaking with the owners her favorite room was the room we stayed in. Sunstone room was incredible. The entire mansion gives you a sense of walking right into a piece of history. Very impressed!»
