We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ver-sur-Mer, this charming residence dating from 1941, at less than 200 meters of the beach, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 500 m² as well as several terraces. An unoccupied and inaccessible outbuilding is adjacent. Wifi (fiber optics) and linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV (Chromecast), fireplace (decorative), sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A veranda with a table and chairs.
- A desk.
- Separate toilet.
- Large dressing room of 10m² with checkroom.

On the first floor:
- A landing with a library.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a private terrace of 25m².
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed.
- Two bathrooms with bathtub, one with double sink.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful fenced garden of 4,500 m² where you will also find a secure pool.
- Terrace 1: on the ground floor, street side, of 30 m².
- Terrace 2: on the ground floor, garden side, 20 m².
- Terrace 3: on the first floor, adjoining room 2.
The 3 terraces have furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, Weber electric barbecue, raclette machine, fondue machine, playstation, DVD player, printer, books, board games and iron.

The house is ideally located in Ver-sur-Mer at less than 200 meters from the sea, in a very pleasant environment surrounded by vegetation. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the vicinity and in the surrounding towns, as well as from stores, restaurants, bars, markets...

Ver-sur-Mer is a pretty commune in Calvados where life is good! Between sea and land, the seaside resort offers you a multitude of activities: discovery of the various D-Day beaches, including the one of Ver located at Gold Beach, the bridgehead of the British, a great number of walks or bike rides along the coast and inland, tennis, horseback riding, sailing club in the summer, children's playground, visits to the cities of Caen and Bayeux... If you appreciate remembrance tourism, you will be delighted with the location of the house.
Gastronomy : the scallop of Normandy, the dairy products of Isigny, the Norman pie, the cider, calvados...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the property in the garden which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, the places are private and secure.

- Nearest train station: Bayeux train station located at 17 km (22 minutes by car) and Caen train station located at 29km (34min).
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport located 24 km (30 minutes by car)
