Our little cedar-shingle cottage sits on 75 feet of pristine lakefront and is the perfect spot to slow down, unplug, and enjoy the best of Maine lake life. Just a short drive from Portland, Windham, and Freeport, you'll have easy access to great restaurants, local shops, and plenty of places to explore.

Tucked away in the Lakes Region, this sweet cottage is surrounded by hiking trails, beaches, and scenic adventures. Spend the day out exploring, then head back in time to catch the sunset over the water and gather around the outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening.

At just 450 square feet, the cottage is a "big version" of a tiny house—cozy, comfortable, and full of character. The second-floor bedroom, accessed by a ladder-style staircase, offers fun treehouse-like views of the lake that make waking up here feel a little magical.

A quick heads-up: the first-floor ceilings are low, so if you're over 6 feet tall, you may find yourself ducking now and then!

The rustic kitchen is stocked with the basics you'll need for simple meals, including dishes, cookware, a coffee maker, and a microwave. We've updated the cottage over the years, but it's still a converted camp at heart, with all the charm and laid-back feel that makes Maine camps so special.
