«Have stayed multiple times over the past 2 years never had any issues getting glasses with ice for the room was told no even tho I had stated I was staying. Went to reception to be told to go into the cafe boulevard to get it mentioned to the lady at reception that I had spoken to them and wouldn't give me any to be told she cant leave reception and that nothing else could be done. Had to also go and ask for a bath plug as there wasn't one attached or in any of the drawers within the room. ...

«Great 4-day stay at the Station House Hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The Restaurant was excellent, providing a good variety of food that was well-prepared and tasty. Both restaurant and hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome during our stay. Plenty of free parking is available, and laundry service is available for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.»

«The staff were lovely , the food was fine , the room was nicely decorated etc. However the room was freezing and the heat didn’t come on a few times when it was meant to. It was 3c outside and on our first evening before dinner we sat with our coats on waiting for the heat to be fixed . No heat came on the second morning at all and I had to phone reception at 8.30 to ask for it be reset . Also the shower was lukewarm the first morning of our stay which also needed fixed. Think the plumbing needs ...

«Absolutely amazing property, was amazingly clean and easy to follow the check in instructions. The Rooms were well presented and had plenty of space leaving a more comfortable feel.»
