Family Lake Fun!

THE PROPERTY - 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 living rooms, 3 decks, Gorgeous Lake View Sleeps 6.

It is a violation of the Rental Agreement for the reserving guest to rent our lake home for someone under 25 years of age. The reserving guest must be 25 years old and must stay on the property with other guests.

Dock - The dock has a swim platform available for swimming. No boat slip available. You may tie your boat up on the swim platform side of the dock. Our no wake cove is very large. We are at the end where it's extremely remote and quiet. From November to April the water drops significantly via Ameren's Bagnell Dam water draw down in anticipation for the spring rain. Send us a message for more information.

This beautiful lakefront home is located on the Westside, on the 4MM which is in the Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks. Our home is located on the Gravois Arm and its the absolute best location on the lake. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the lower level bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. One on each level makes it great for 2 families to share this home. New furniture and cute updates on the inside makes this home cozy. Both sofas are sleeper's with premium comfy mattresses; no bars in your back with these! It also features a private swim dock, gas grill, 2 decks, 3rd is halfway down to the dock, Pedalboat, 3 Kayaks, fire pit, and so much more! A fully equipped kitchen! The swim platform on the dock is complete with a 4 person patio table and chairs, swim ladder, There is a jet ski ramp for you to use. This location has an incredible area for swimming. The cove is super calm and a no wake area perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boat; it's super fun! Lake Burger is at the beginning of the cove. Via boat these other restaurants about 10 minutes by water to Horny Toad & Shady Gators, Coconuts, and Jolly Rogers.

This lake property is geared for families for family fun and memory making. A mesh baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs and it's removable to bring to the lower level to keep the kids from going back up the stairway.

You can relax knowing that our property will always be ready for you and that we’ll answer the phone 24/7. Even better, if anything is off about your stay, we’ll make it right. You can count on our home and we want to make you feel welcome--because we know what vacation means to you.

- We are located near two neighbors, our guests must adhere to the house rules.

- NOTE: This property features a ring door bell and 4 exterior security cameras. We have these motion activated cameras to watch our property when it's vacant only. All camera's are outside facing the exterior doors, and do not look into interior spaces. We do not watch you and put the camera's on private during your stay. If a neighbor reports any problems to us; we will take them off private to see what's going on, so far we have had fantastic guests and no problems.

We stayed for about a week while I was in town for a fishing tournament. The space was comfortable and well furnished. We rarely saw or even heard another person, very peaceful and relaxing. Each morning was a treat to look out those big windows at the lake and watch everything wake up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Lakeside Dreaming is one of the best VRBO's in every category. As you walk in the front door the first thing you notice is the cleanliness and wonderful fresh smell. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook any kind of meal. I'd say the only thing I didn't find was a griddle, but that doesn't mean there wasn't one there. We spent a lot of time indoors, because it was just too hot to be outside for that fact. I am grateful it was such a comfortable place to hang out in. The hostess, Michelle is a gem, she definitely works for her renters even allowing a early check in if it is possible depending on the cleaning crew. I will be renting again in the future. If you're on the fence about renting this property, you can safely get off the fence Now.Thank you Michelle and Ed for letting us use your wonderful home.Your Happy renters,Vikki and JohnJULY 2025

We had the most amazing stay at this lake house! It was peaceful, cozy, and had the most beautiful view of the lake. Truly the perfect place to relax and make memories. My baby absolutely loved it here, she had the sweetest time exploring, playing, and enjoying the calmness of the lake.But the most special part… I got engaged here! Second Stay

Girls trip

This was a good middle point to meet for my niece who was coming from Minnesota and myself coming from Tennessee. We were looking for fun, relaxation and laughter and we had it all. The wildlife was amazing. So many bald eagles and other types of birds. Sitting down at the dock every day was so relaxing. We even got in a swim! Thank you!

The perfect getaway!

This property was the perfect end of summer getaway for me and a friend. Not only was there plenty of space in the beautifully decorated and comfortable common areas, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor spaces and private dock were exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay. We used the kayaks, paddle boat, and fishing gear. We especially admired and appreciated the hand painted artwork by the owner. The property owners gave very detailed instructions for the house and check in/out and were responsive when messaged. I've already bookmarked this property for next summer.

Perfect for family memories

Very clean! Beds were comfortable, and the pull out, inflatable mattress on the couch was perfect for the kids! All the extras you might forget were there for you. Dock was perfect for families to hang out on, and the lake toys were a hit with everyone! There were places on side of dock to tie boat to, so that was nice.

Absolutely perfect!!

Our annual girls trip was amazing this year thanks to this find! We have tried many houses but I think we have landed on our favorite! Michelle and Ed have done an amazing job setting up the perfect house that has every single thing you need for a great stay! Perfect location on a great cove, great dock house is super clean and cute! Fully stocked kitchen and bath! We will be back!! Outstanding Choice!

This is the best home we've chosen in the five years we've been visiting the Lake of the Ozarks! The home is an excellent choice for those who are looking for separate spaces as both floors offer a bedroom and bathroom and living room space with television. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything from spices and staples to can coozies and charcuterie boards. The dock is accessible with steps directly out the back door, and the hosts offer beach towels, a lily pad, kayaks, and more for enjoying the water. Michele was so great with communication before our stay and throughout our visit when we had questions. There are just *so many* great things about this property--highly recommended!

My wife and I truly were able to relax for the week. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to avoid crowds and the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. The house was very clean and comfortable. Ed and Michele were quick to respond with answers.

Fantastic weekend trip

Loved the house, saw eagles, owl, bluebirds all from deck. We enjoyed fishing, floating, reading and snacks on the dock. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will go back!
