- Wellbeing: community outdoor swimming pool within the residence to easily alternate between relaxation and discoveries.

At only 200 metres from shops, restaurants and the town centre, the apartment benefits from an ideal location to fully enjoy Grasse and its typically Provençal atmosphere. You will be able to stroll through the picturesque streets, discover local markets and savour the specialities of the south without needing to take the car.



And for sea lovers, the magnificent sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur are accessible in just half an hour's drive, perfect for a day with your feet in the water before returning to the calm of the residence.
