«Lovely cottage, I was unsure when booking as there wasn’t photos of all the rooms, however they were all great. The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Being so close to the tea rooms was convenient for lunch, and we were near enough to the town of Leek for shops for supplies. Comfortable beds, and the whole place was clean and tidy. «Fantastic location in a clean cosy cottage with lovely interiors. Only the steps were challenging for my husband who has difficulty walking. The quiet location added to the allure of the countryside. Just lovely.»

«We enjoyed a comfortable stay here. The flat is well appointed and cosy. The bathroom is a real luxury too. Pre arrival info was poor and we had difficulty accessing the key safe but eventually worked it out. The lack of parking during office hours was frustrating but manageable. These two negatives shouldn’t put anyone off staying as it was a great location and really nice flat. »
