«We stayed in the Loom House, not until we arrived did we know we were to occupy the oldest habitable log home in NC. While the bed was comfortable, the small fridge was iced up and smelled of old food. There was no TV. There were nail heads sticking up out of the floor upstairs and the floor creaked loudly every time we got out of bed to walk to the bathroom. «We stayed one night as we where driving through Blowing Rock. The hotel is charming and private, yet within walking distance to the centre of Blowing Rock. The rooms felt very clean and spacious. The included breakfast was alright - nothing special but atleast theres some warm options to choose from. Friendly staff as well.
