«When checking in, we had to wait 5 minutes for staff to even be in the lobby. He was not friendly at all and spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him. I did not have high expectations because of the price. I didn’t want anything fancy, but I did expect it to be reasonably clean. I was wrong. Each bed only had two pillows. «We stayed here for 3 nights during our family vacation with my husband, our toddler, and our infant, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout our stay.
