The hotel looked better in the picture than in-person. Aesthetically, It is not a very attractive hotel on the interior. However, the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean. What I do not like is that I was overcharged for my one night stay. Expedia charged me at top price and did not give me a membership discount. Then the hotel charged me for $50 additional dollars and would not provide a receipt. The clerk said that I should get a receipt from the 3rd party--Expedia. I am disputing this now and hope this is resolved.

Was an alright hotel. Constantly out of coffee and breakfast items for a busy weekend. Ice machines were broken. Would try a different hotel in the area before returning, but would return if had too.

Only one person at front desk took longer to check in. All ice machines broken no one was concerned about it. Shower pressure terrible. For breakfast staff could not keep up for coffee and I told them at 9:30 am there was no bacon and eggs they brought out six slices of bacon twice the hotel was sold out , also they never brought eggs out was told to close to ending time , I thought this breakfast was included in the price of the room. So very unhappy with the stay. My group booked seven rooms so money was made for you it’s just so disappointing

The lady at the front desk was really nice. The room was clean for the most part, bathtub was dirty. Pool is not for tall people but overall it was easy to check in and out and was a convenient place to stay

Rooms are not deep cleaned. Front office staff is very strict on not taking breakfast back to your room which is often inconvenient with little ones especially with no high chairs offered.

The property was and the room was clean. There was quite a bit of noise between rooms. The bathroom had an interesting layout with the shower and toilet being in a room with a sliding door. My husband didn't feel it was vry private. I would stay at the hotel again.

Clean and Convenient.
Short business trip for the weekend....perfect place to stay. Great location, right off the highway and 10 minutes from downtown. Also close plenty of dining and shopping. The breakfast was excellent.... except one morning, a woman decided the food should go to her dog whom she kept in her car.... She took all of the sausage and half the eggs and put them on plates and brought them to her car to feed her dogs.

They obviously do a good job with treating their customers well, but minor inconveniences caught us this trip. Wet clothes had no dryer even through housekeeping, or a available fridge for leftovers. It was still a good stay, we were just thinking for the money other amenities should have been provided.

Great place and good value
Great customer service, friendly and helpful. I thought I left something behind and they checked to make sure I didn't. Large rooms and quiet. Only small draw back beds could be little softer but that more a personal preference. JoAnn (hopefully spelled right) was wonderful during check-in and during small talk while entering or leaving. Will stay here anytime I'm in town.

I booked my room on a pay at check in. Upon arrival I was notified they do not accept cash and that they do not allow the transaction to be split, it had to be all on one credit or debit card. I informed him that there was no mention of that in the booking process nor is there any posted signage in site. When I asked for a manager he called and asked and the phone call literally was less than 1 minute with a response of no. While I was trying to find a solution on my end sign I had visa gift cards, som patrons came and asked what time the pool closes and he told them it closed at 10pm, per their we site it closes at 11pm. Unfortunately I could not find a solution, so I asked about being charged for the room to the card I reserved it under and he said he did not know. So I started a live chat with an Expedia Representative and they could not cancel my reservation since it was past that time but said they’d reach out the hotel but in the meantime talk to the hotel. I again asked the gentleman at the desk if he could cancel my reservation and he said he could not. I asked then if I’d be marked as a no show and he said yes. I explained that I did not feel like it is right that I be marked as a no show since I’m here willing to pay but not in the manor you will accept. I asked if I could get the name and number of the manager and he told me I could call tomorrow. I then asked if I could leave a message he said their system doesn’t allow them to do that.

There were a lot of little things that were off. Individually, nothing to think about, collectively, no good manager on site or no money to spend. Door readers not working, hot tub not working, expired milk/yogurt at breakfast, oj machine not working, bathrooms swept but not mopped, stuff like that.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize that your stay was not to your satisfaction. As the General Manager, I assure you the hot tub was working. I would have been informed right away if there was an issue. Sometime guest's push the emergency stop, which is an easy fix. I am hoping you will reach out to me & elaborate as to what you meant by "no good manager on site or no money to spend", so I may have the opportunity to address this concern. The door battery needed to be replaced on that room, however the Guest Service Agent provided you with another room & notified me of the issue right away. When I arrived in the morning I did notice that the juice machine wasn't put together after cleaning, which I am sure was very frustrating. The housekeeping issue will be addressed, thank you for letting me know. These reviews, both good & bad are invaluable, for it lets us know what we are doing right & what we need to improve upon. I do hope you will give us another chance the next time you are in the area & see the improvements we have made.Thank you again for your review.
