New Listing! Welcome to historic Cozy Pine Cabin! This unique home is a piece of Grand Lake history and was built in 1904. It offers a tranquil retreat while being conveniently within walking distance of the vibrant shops and boutiques that line the boardwalk of Grand Lake.

The living area offers comfortable, cozy seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the wonders of Grand Lake. Along with a front sunroom full floor to ceiling windows, ideal for reading or people watching. The kitchen area is well-equipped and allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Whether you're whipping up a hearty breakfast or indulging in a home-cooked dinner, you'll find everything you need to enjoy meals and create lasting memories with loved ones.

A private bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with its comfortable queen-size bed adorned with cozy linens. The attached bathroom offers a full size standing shower and pedestal sink. An additional sleeping arrangement is available in the living area, where a full-sized sleeper sofa comfortably accommodates two more guests.

There are two outdoor areas at this home. The quaint deck off the front of the home, offers plenty of fresh mountain air and a place to soak in the serene mountains and lively town atmosphere. Around the back of the cabin is a more private firepit area, with a privacy fence (however, it is not completely fenced in for dogs), perfect after those sun-soaked summer days and winding down in the cool evening breeze.

Don't forget to bring the fur baby, as this home is pet friendly! Located a walkable distance (just a few blocks) from Grand Lake's historic boardwalk, complete with shopping, restaurants and year-round festivities.

*This lot has two cabins on it - both are available for rent separately! The smaller Cabin behind Cozy Pine is a studio and sleeps an additional two guests. Fire pit area is shared between the two homes.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
