«This home was simply perfect for our hiking vacation. The property was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable, inviting, peaceful and conveniently close to several trailheads. «This was the perfect spot for part of our group to stay (while the rest of the group stayed in other rooms in the same building). The river right outside the door is phenomenal (but loud), at least in June. Nice to have a washer & dryer. Great spot!»

«Our 2 day stay at Rockies on Park Avenue was awesome. This is a clean, modern, nicely appointed condo just a block off the main street in Grand Lake and just 3 blocks from the lake. It was walking distance to everything. Perfect location. It was quiet and felt very private. Our host was very helpful and kind. We had a great stay. Thanks very much.»

«Baby got sick the first night. Pull out couch was horrible. I needed to sleep with her because of fever and non stop crying… the couch mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor. My husband said the queen bed was terrible. We left after the first night, which was not your fault but could not be Tortured with another sick night in those conditions. $640 out of my pocket to be very uncomfortable. The property was clean but in no way okay for 4 people, little alone 3. Honestly would not go ...

«Such a cute spot right in town, the view from The balcony is stunning and such a joy to wake up to. I loved the heated floors, such a nice touch especially during the cold winter months. I have a cabin up here and wasn’t able to stay there for my birthday weekend and this place made me feel right at home. I will absolutely stay here again!»

«The property was easy to find and close to everything in Grand Lake. The condo was clean and nicely furnished, the beds were comfy. The views are not great but you can see the lake and enjoy the hummingbirds on the balcony! The Xfinity internet and cable was out while we were there, while that is a bummer it was a minor inconvenience for us. If someone was relying on it for work etc it could have posed a problem.»

«Property was as described. The beds were attractively built but difficult to get in and out of because of the way they were constructed. Second floor bedroom and bath were not connected which wasn’t optimal. But overall, we were very satisfied with the property.»

The Property manager provided great information about the area and the instructions on accessing and leaving the home were clear. Relaxing atmosphere! «Enjoyed the stay and it's as described: quiet, cozy cabin. I think it would be helpful to stoke the kitchen a little better; no bowls, limited/lower quality cooking supplies. The water heater pressure is unstable and as a result, it is hard to hold the water temperature in the shower. Finally, it would be helpful to add screens so that the bedroom windows can be open without the risk of bugs entering. Overall, I have to note these things, given the pretty high price tag for a 1BR. Thanks though ...
