Stuck in a blizzard
We chose this hotel because it advertised a restaurant and bar. Since we were forced off the highway due to a blizzard we thought we could also have dinner and a cocktail. I asked the clerk if they had a bar, he said yes. Forgot to mention it was closed for renovations. Disappointing. Upside the pool was nice. Rooms clean and comfortable as expected from Cobblestone.

I apologize for the confusion regarding a bar/lounge. The on-site restaurant, Napoli's, does serve alcohol; however, we no longer have a separate lounge as that closed 7/31/2023. We have updated all the online sites; unfortunately, the updates don't always show as readily as the old information on these 3rd party websites. I am happy you were able to enjoy the pool and that you enjoyed your room. I hope to see you again soon in more favorable weather conditions! Thank you!

The hot tub was broken, so the kids were bummed. One of the couples in our group expressed concern over it, so they did get a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite which was nice. Was also a little bummed that the bar onsite was closed and we were unaware, that's the whole reason we chose this hotel. We made the best of it though and had a good time overall.

The room was very clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was a lot better than most places, scrambled eggs, sauage patties and links, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and make you iwn waffles, as well as a few cereals. Hotel was remodeling but was still very clean. Extremely friendly sraff. Will stay again

It's an updated older motel, not bad, but the stairs have to go. You can hear and feel every stompy thud in your 2nd floor room all night long. Apparently all hotels have to be remodeled with the child size toilet these days. If you are over 4 ft tall, you might want to opt for the accessible room. This is not unique to this property, but if everyone starts to choose the accessible rooms, maybe the industry will get a clue.

I hated this hotel. I don’t consider myself a hotel snob. It was rude right upon entering. Loud in the morning. They deny access to the pool before checkout. I don’t know if they were rearranging or pulling stuff out of the room next door but it was awful. I slept so bad. No elevator. No third floor but they will send you on a goose chase to find it. The heater doesn’t work so we were cold

I do apologize for the lack of an elevator, which that is stated on all of our booking sites and would have gladly put you on 1st floor had it been requested. There was no sort of construction or maintenance issues in your area the morning of your stay so it could have been another guest and I apologize if they were loud. If you had called the front desk we would have been able to address and ask others to quiet down. Also, had you called the Front Desk about the Heater not working they could have moved you or had someone repair. The pool is open from 7 am - 11 pm daily and I apologize if it wasn't unlocked when you came down to swim. Again, had you let the Front Desk know the pool could have been opened. Thank you and I hope to see you in the future.

Not great.
The hotel was an older hotel but nice. The safe was not working because it needed new batteries, we did not deal with that. The hot tub was not hot but the same temp as the swimming pool which was cool to cold. The breakfast was good but they microwave everything, so nothing was crispy. It is located in a high traffic area so there was lots of traffic noise.

The manager PAM would not let me change my reservation even thou I contacted them a month ahead of time. I have two rooms, so I paid for four nights I was not there. Which is a lot. She was not very friendly or helpful.

I have been on a cross country relocation for a week with a cat. I made the reservation to stay, checked in, they RAN MY CREDIT CARD, then stated I wasn't able to stay due to have a cat. The reservation stated PET FRIENDLY but did not state that meant a cat? The front desk blamed it on Expedia, Expedia blamed the hotel, and charged my card anyway with no recourse whatsoever. I had to stay and pay elsewhere and was basically told "We are pet friendly, not cat friendly". UNACCEPTABLE.

The Hotel released any charges held by the Hotel and it would be Expedia's decision on a refund by them. Sorry I can't be of more assistance as we are limited at the Hotel level when booked through a 3rd party website. Thank you!

Had a small issue with our room when we first checked in the staff handled it well and moved us to a new room this property is huge and you could get lost in the maze of hallways but once settled all was good
