«We had to catch an early flight. The front desk offered to give us a wakeup call and call us a taxi for 0615. We got neither. We couldn't get a taxi so early on Sunday morning. Imagine our frustration. The manager of a nonaffiliated restaurant, The Bonfire, gave us a lift. Imagine our graditude.»

The only negative thing I could say at all is that there is not enough beach space (chairs) to just sit, however, my family was visiting Grand Cayman for the snorkeling, not the sun bathing. We patiently waited for a chair to place our towels and belongings on, while swimming in the sea, we were happy.»

«The resort is nice for the value. We had to have our room changed twice because the first room smelled horrible and the second room didn't give us the view the first room gave us. The third room was miserable!!! We got the nice view.. but the ac didn't work. My husband has a medical condition that the ac not working definitely didn't help!! The fan buzzed the entire time and literally only pushed hot air around. Since we were there a limited time it didn't make sense to change rooms again.  ...
