«My stay was great! I have stayed at other hotels in the area, and this was hands down the nicest one. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. I didn't even have to call the desk for an extra pillow or blanket! I would highly recommend this hotel.»

«Great location! Nearby shopping and restaurants. Staff were professional, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.»

«We stayed here for one night as we where driving through the area. The hotel is generally quite new and holds a modern standard. What bothers me about a brand new building (as a non us resident) is that there will still be quite a noticeable noise disturbance from neighbour rooms. This could have been alot better. We slept well though as the noise calmed down around evening time. Breakfast was very simple - just a few choices of yoghurt, muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and cooked eggs. »

«The facility is indeed compact in its design, including the common areas and rooms. Room space is just adequate. High quality mattress. The shower head in the bathroom was not adjustable and the flow rate was not adjustable; the spray was too powerful and uncomfortable. Breakfast was very good both mornings that we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful.»

«We arrived late at night and had chosen this hotel due to EV Chargers. Unfortunately not only were there no charging parking spots available, there wasn’t a single spot to park in at all. They charged us $5 a night for parking which was a surprise to me when we checked in. Seems absurd to pay for parking and then have to park at a grocery store and walk over in the middle of the night.»

«This place was very clean and had new fixtures and furniture. No mold or mildew in bathroom. Very nice! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was due to a lot of road noise you could hear in our room.»

«Really nice staff. Clean rooms and the hotel in general. Nice rooms.»

«Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff.»

«This inn is old and historic. Passed down through many generations. It was interesting and Uncle Charlie’s room was comfortable. Breakfast was good not until 9am. They now have a full time live in innkeeper which is helpful. Convenient to Vineyards/wineries, JMU, Massanutten and breweries. The beautiful Shenandoah valley can’t be beat for scenery!»

«We didn't stay on the property except to sleep. I would definately book them again for our next stay in Staunton.»

«The beds were ok comfort wise, but several stains were present on the bed skirt and a few pillowcases had small spots. The bathroom ceiling had mold in several places and the tub has a steady leak that I couldn’t stop. The floor also had stains. The TV couldn’t connect to YouTube/apps and I couldn’t get the WiFi menu to come up. Cable did work but the channels weren’t programmed so it was guesswork until a show came on to compare the network to the channel list. The mini fridge was plugged in ...

«When we first check in, we were at the automated machine check in with two staffs who were very helpful. Then, we were told to go across the room to get our parking pass. There were two people there. The one entered the data was being helped by another staff. That person failed to disclose and explain the details to free lunch the next day. She said that the resort is building up new construction and all we had to do is provide feedback for it. She even said that if we didn’t show up, we ...
