«I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. «I stayed 14 days here. The definition of service is unknown at this hotel and in Grand Bahamas in general. Check in took 10 minutes, without any que or any abnormalities, they are just slow. Breakfast is poor. There are no greens or salads and the juice is this fake concentrate stuff. Cleanliness is so so, my room had ants every morning. The hotel restaurant Sabor has ok food but you should not be hungry when you go there. It takes 45-60 min. On average from ordering until you get the appetizer. ...
