The outdoor environment is the reason guests book and the reason they come back. A full sport pool with basketball and volleyball keeps the energy high during the day. Just steps away, a barrel sauna with glass lake views, a vintage cold plunge tub, and a heated hot tub create a true hot-cold circuit designed for recovery, relaxation, and long conversations that stretch into the night. A four-hole putting green, kayaks, a fishing station, a custom fire pit with Adirondack seating, adult swings at the water’s edge, and layered decks with lounge and dining spaces keep the entire group outside from sunrise through well past dark. At night, LED lighting and string lights shift the entire property into a completely different experience.

There is nothing else like this on Lake Granbury.

Inside, the tone shifts from energy to intention. A 16-foot wall of glass frames the water from the main living space. A bold pink pool table anchors the room. Original artwork created in collaboration with a local Texas artist and hand-selected Round Top antiques are layered throughout the home. In the primary suite, a custom-built headboard and neon-lit accents create a space that feels both personal and designed.

The Noir sleeps 10 comfortably, up to 12 with rollouts. Single-level barndominium layout. High-speed mesh WiFi throughout. EV charger on site. The only lakefront vacation rental on this stretch of Lake Granbury with a sauna, cold plunge, and sport pool on the same waterfront property.

Warren's Backyard is 2 minutes away. Historic Granbury Square is 10 minutes. Fort Worth is 45 minutes. DFW International Airport is about one hour.

The Noir can be paired with The Blanc next door as a private two-home lakefront compound for up to 30 guests. Expanded configurations through La Vie Lake Retreat and La Maison du Lac accommodate up to 54 guests across multiple homes on the same street.

Maximum 12 guests. Quiet hours 10 PM. Smoke-free and drug-free indoors and outdoors. Minimum renter age 24.

This is not a typical lake stay. It is a place people come to feel better when they leave than when they arrived.

A quick note before you book: All guests complete a brief verification after booking, which includes signing a standard rental agreement and placing a refundable security hold on a credit card. The hold is not a charge — it posts as pending approximately two days before arrival and releases automatically after checkout, assuming no damage. Everything is handled securely through our booking system and is standard across all reservations.
