Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. «The hotel was at a very nice spot in Neath with the train station and main street just down the road. The employees were very helpful when we got there and when we asked for anything, but the hotel was a bit run down. The elevator smelled bad when it had been stationary above the basement for a bit. The room was nice and big, but the air-condition didn't work so it got very warm and humid in there. Every night was uncomfortably sweaty. The cleaning seemed to be done by one or two people only and ...

«Headline says it all. Belongings worth several hundreds disappeared from the room and when we talked to the staff about it they brushed it off as my own fault and that I probably lost it. Granted, we were probably not the tidiest of guests, but that does not mean stuff can be taken as punishment. We paid a high fee (100 pounds) for spilling salsa on the duvet, which should have been more than enough. Take care of your stuff, don't leave valuables in the room when you're not in, I deeply regret ...

«We had a brilliant stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and although lots going on plenty of places to sit. We did have use of the pool and spa area which was o.k could do with updating a bit. And maybe a bit warmer. Room was clean and plenty big enough although bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a rough night sleep on a hard mattress which seemed to be wrapped tightly in a quilt. Would definitely return ...if we knew the mattresses were ...
