«Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . »

«Lovely last minute night away. Haven’t stayed here for a while and I think the rooms have been refurbished. Very nice. Only two issues. Very musty smell in the room which I think comes from no window ventilation. Loads of condensation running down the window after a shower and the air conditioning didn’t work when we got there. Assuming it’s on a timer but it was cold. But good stay.»

«The hotel was at a very nice spot in Neath with the train station and main street just down the road. The employees were very helpful when we got there and when we asked for anything, but the hotel was a bit run down. The elevator smelled bad when it had been stationary above the basement for a bit. The room was nice and big, but the air-condition didn't work so it got very warm and humid in there. Every night was uncomfortably sweaty. The cleaning seemed to be done by one or two people only and ...

«Safe and quiet area with pleasant views. Ceri the lady who checked is in was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The ladies in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as was the chef. The breakfast was excellent - good quality and plenty of it. We are more than happy to return again. »

«Stayed for 1 night and very quiet and peaceful. Room 4 was a goid size but the tv remore was missing and the shower wasnt very warm but very peaceful and bed really comfy ..host was lovely and we had a lovely cooked breakfast so overall i think it was worth the money and we will come again..great place for exlploring...»
