Hoteller i Gourock – Premier Inn i Gourock, Skottland

«CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, fridge, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly.»

«Very serviceminded staff, cleen and ok equipped room. Som old hotel, but perfect for business-trips. The hotel was placed very close to the airport.»

«Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out.»

«Nice hotel for a few nights, breakfast and dinner handy in the restaurant. The decor is starting to show its age, was told a make over is planned.»
