Aunt Alice would be proud of this beautiful holiday villa! Because it was extensively converted from Aunt Alice's Breton cottage; has become a magnificent comfortable holiday villa with beautiful sea views.
Nevertheless, they wanted to give the facility a little Breton feeling. Everything has been set up extraordinarily comfortably.
After you have arrived and parked your car in the private parking lot in front of the house. Come into a beautiful entrance area with a large cloakroom - through the glass front you can see your jacuzzi and your steam bath in the SPA area flashing. You can continue either by stairs; or conveniently - by elevator; in the living area on the first floor. The sea view from here is simply wonderful - no matter where you are in the living room / or the kitchen - the sea is at your feet! Incidentally, the most beautiful fine sandy beach (and the dunes of Keremma) is not far from the house. The living area is very open and spacious - a large well-equipped kitchen (of course as already mentioned with the great sea view) - is connected to the dining area/dining table for 6 people and the living room area with sofas. And opposite the sea view there is a large garden (totally fenced) - and if you open the large glass sliding doors, you will find yourself in front of your sun loungers, garden furniture (including garden table) and your "Weber" grill. Looking towards the sea again, next to the dining table there is also a small sea-view bar in the kitchen with its own sea-view terrace access. The large master bedroom with its own access to the garden and its own bathroom en suite (shower) is also located on this floor. Each bedroom has a small office corner (or practically as a make-up corner) its own TV - with international satellite programs - the closet should not be missing either, this master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there is also a spacious guest toilet (wheelchair accessible).
Then we continue with the elevator to the second floor - here again a wonderful view of the sea - a small seating area allows e.g. the quiet reading of a book a bit quiet and away from the living room below. The two bedrooms on the second floor are also spacious with a TV closet and a small office area. The toilet is separate here and so is the bathroom - there is even a nice bathtub here for relaxing - the shower is integrated there - shower glass is available. If you love a great view on holiday and also want a little luxury and a lot of space, Villa Tante Alice is definitely the right place for you - then you rarely have almost 180 square meters of holiday home available for six holiday guests - you will love the villa - we promise!
