«Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!»

«We were very impressed with our stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complementary breakfast was also more than we expected. We didn't use the complementary bikes or kayaks but appreciate the fact they were there and will keep that in mind for another trip.»

«The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!»

«We stayed over the Victoria day long weekend, I had my mother with me who is in a wheelchair 90% of the time and when we got to the hotel the elevator was not working. I was very disappointed that they did not let me know prior to the arrival, they did not offer to refund my payment or give me a discount due to this major inconvenience. My Mother had to painfully climb up and down the stairs for 2 days. I emailed the manager and got no response.»

«We stayed in the only 3 bed option room. It was super spacious.The front desk made sure to let us know our room is beside the Pub attached to the hotel and there would be live music being played up till 10:30 pm on the Friday and Saturday. The music wasn't loud in our room at all and we don't mind noise so it was great! Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise to work off the yummy Victoria food! Pool was excellent and empty when we visited beginning of June! Great walking ...
