«We initially had an issue with our Hotels.com reservation not connecting to the hotel system. The hotel only uses Expedia (and isn’t familiar with Hotels.com). After an hour and 3 phone calls to Hotels.com, they were able to speak with the hotel owner and see our reservation in the Expedia site.
