«I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it ...

«Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.»

«Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking.»

«The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking.»

«The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and ...

«It was clean»

«This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and ...

«overall was satisfactory»

«We were impressed all around. Well done Rambler!!»

«Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state.»

«I liked the fact that the rooms were very clean. The staff need to be more friendly. The staff was not really friendly. No staff member smiled at me when I entered the building at check-in or a checkout.»

«The property was convenient to shopping and the interstate, both the heater and air conditioning worked fine, but the room itself did not meet my expectations. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet had holes in it. On two different nights of our stay, we found a cockroach in the room. The refrigerator was missing the bars on the door so you couldn't put anything in those shelves. I would not stay here again.»
