Familiehoteller i Golden Circle

«So bad!! We've been trying to get in contact with the owners, but with no luck. So here it comes.... - There was old poop stains in the toilet that we had to remove ourselves - A dried pool of urine under the toilet - Used shampoo bottle in the shower left by someone else - The mirror in the bathroom is dirty - The refridgerator was unplugged and warm when we arrived - The bedsheets weren't washed thouroughly enough as there were stains of dead bugs in them - Several dead bugs on the window ...

«Decided to stay two nights. Room was absolutely excellent and fresh, great bed, comfortable duvet and linens, lovely bathroom and a big room. Ice cream and food good and I loved the farm hotel concept where you can look at the cows when eating. I’m not a city girl and not unfamiliar with farm life, but still loved it. Location is quite perfect. »

«God frokost. Flott sted»

«Cozy hotel! Super clean!!!»

«Ironically the absolute best place we stayed in all of Iceland. Amenities like a kitchen and hot tub and just the amazing view made this extremely worthwhile. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions. Even providing suggestions. Location was perfect for the Golden Circle. So dark at night we saw the Northern lights in late August. We loved this cabin. Would definitely come again.»

«Had a very relaxing stay watching the Northern Lights from the comfort of our bed. Everything is 1st class here. Very responsive to calls - explained how everything worked. All managed remotely so anything can be resolved quickly. Highly recommend. Conveniently located to sightseeing. Bring whatever food or drink as it is a distance to go out after arriving. Air fryer tea kettle and burner. If doing laundry bring soap.»

«Really unique accomodation. A bit of crumbles under the bed, could have been better vacuumed. All in all a cute little place, nice common area with showers, toilet and kitchen. Really friendly staff»

«Love the location, but overall it doesn’t live up to the price. We ordered two lunchboxes to go for 9,000 ISK and got pre-cut cheese sandwiches and four huge apples for two people. It felt like a rip-off. Fish at dinner was great, but housebred was very dry. Also breakfast is not worth it.»

«I just gave the stars on the look of this place. Unfortunately we were not able to stay the night we had booked this place for. We were stuck on the highway for the whole night because of a bad accident. By the time it cleared it was time to reach our next tour booking of Glacier hike. I’m still waiting if I would get some kind of compensation»

«They send you a video on how to find the property. If you just go with address you end up in the middle of nowhere, on sn unpasseable clay road. If you watch a video, they do not mention the starting point of the video, so it took some detective work to try identify this place. The door code worked once, and then stopped. Had to call, and they provided a new code which also didn't work. Ended up getting a physical key. Sauna was heating up to 25 degrees and stop. Again, had to call...but after ...
