«Does not look like the picture at all.... staff was friendly, but the room we got was small, it was affordable and walking distance to lost city of Tumbun. Have to catch Grab everywhere. »

«Good and friendly service with amazing big room and full amenities 👍👍»

«We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The ...

«The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.»

«Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!»

«Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room.»

«Dette var et supert hotell. Rommet mitt var stort, rent og hadde alt jeg hadde bruk for. Best av alt var restauranten. God frokost og godt utvalg av middag og småretter.»
