With three floors of private, extended decks overlooking the property's waterfall and pond, a new fire pit, and windows stretching along each floor boasting brilliant natural light, this home is perfect for a family retreat or multiple couple getaway.

The home is situated in a quiet and secluded location enabling you to escape into a peaceful and tranquil setting and has been decorated to comfortably host with a two-car garage that may utilized by its guests. There are two separate family rooms on different floors with a 65-inch smart TV on the main level, and a 70-inch smart TV on the lower-level. The main family room is off the dining room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to a large upper deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a large Weber propane grill. The fireplace in the main family room is propane and remote controlled allowing you to enjoy the fire while staying cozy indoors.

The lower-level family room is a wonderful space that is perfect to occupy the kids or for others to gather without the upstairs rooms hearing the noise. There are games, books, a nugget couch for the kids and a play pen if needed. There are also sliding glass doors on the lower-level leading out to a mid-level deck with plenty of outdoor seating.
