«In short, our stay was great! The home overlooks lake isabella and the mountains behind it. Gorgeous 😍. 20 minutes up the road is Alta sierra, a ski slope. 2 hours from there is the trail of 100 giants. Great location. Wood interior of the house is beautiful. Cookware is limited, but still able to make a fabulous dinner. Recommend allergy medicine as the dirt generates dust and pollen from the trees. «I loved the old fashioned antiques. I loved the fireplace! It was an old property but I liked how they made it so cozy & warm. We were very comfy but the bed was super old & my back ached. Decorations & quiet & nice location made up for it! I’d stay here again but there was no breakfast & it’s more expensive than usual motels.»

«This place has a nice charm! It’s older and my room, although cute and rustic, smelled a bit moldy. The room was big, the bed was comfy and there was a lot of options for coffee and tee in your room! The hotel staff was incredibly nice and were able to extend our stay, just by asking. There were plenty of free snacks at the office which we were offered for free, from microwaved popcorn to candies, cookies and crackers.
