«I think the room we stayed was below the house where the owners of the accommodation live. The room and shared space look good and the shower was enjoyable. There's no parking available on the driveway, parking is further down the hill on the street.»

«The facilities at Amross Motel were very good, and the staff was hospitable and provided great service. We found this to be a very good place to relax after a long road trip. The room was large, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The internet connection worked well, and we were able to access all the TV news channels and entertainment chanels we desired. The location was central with plenty restaurants within walking distance. All in all the stay exceeded our expectations ...

«Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.»

«Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend ...

«Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again.»
