Unwind in the welcoming main living room on a sofa and armchairs next to a gas fireplace. Watch shows on the high-definition TV with DirectTV. The lower-level living room has a sectional, TV, and gas fireplace. Step out to the deck to soak in the hot tub or enjoy the sun on a lounger. The sparkling kitchen features granite counters, oak cabinets, and a full suite of appliances that include a gas range. Handy extras include a blender and trash compactor.

Make a splash in the unheated pool, available for your enjoyment May 1st through October 31st. A year-round hot tub is high in mineral content for an indulgent experience. A newly installed bocce ball court provides hours of family fun. Nestled in the Mayacamas Mountains, your home offers easy access to both Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Find Spann Vineyards and Lookout Ridge Winery just a short drive from the house. THINGS TO KNOW
Sonoma County Regulations include a maximum occupancy of eight, a maximum parking of two vehicles, no amplified outdoor music anytime, and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
The home is located in an area with marginal cell reception. A landline is available for guest use if needed.
The office sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
A solar-powered backup battery is available and will automatically start if the power goes out during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
