«We stayed for one night and it was great. The hotel was very pleasing and clean. Our room was clean with a huge space for our stuff. The breakfast food was delicious and had so many options to choose from. Overall this hotel was the best one we have ever stayed in, and we’ll be back that’s for sure! Thank you.»

«The room was not clean when we checked in. Tried calling down to the front desk a few times with no answer. The lobby had lots of guests checking in so I had to wait in line.
After waiting I talked to the desk agent and complained about the room not being cleaned. She said she could switch rooms but it would be about 40 minutes. It actually took an hour to get into the other room.
There was no speak of a discount or any type of compensation. Your company does not value the guests that stay ...

«Horribly noisy , there was a hockey tournament and the teams must've all stayed at the hotel .
Kids were running up and down the hall until 11pm yelling at each other . I'm assuming they didn't have enough chaperones.
We were on the second floor and all we could hear throughout the night was the flushing of toilets coming down the plumbing inside the walls , which was the wall that the headboard is on .
We asked to be moved for the second night and the staff were helpful in accommodating ...

«We arrived at the peak of the beautiful fall colours and the property and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was large and filled up nicely with hot water, but trying to turn the jets on, even at the lowest setting, had too much splashing and so we couldn't really use them. The breakfast was SO good, highly recommend.»
