The Flat features a large living room area, with a 65inch TV with sound system connected, Freeview TV included, as well as Netflix, Prime Video, BBC IPlayer and more. There is also a Large bench area, perfect for work or meals and a Clean and tidy kitchen area, with a DeLonghi fresh coffee machine, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, Gas hob, microwave and much more. I have provided oil, salt and pepper, as well as a selection of herbs and spices to get you started. There are two bathrooms on the property, 1 Large main bathroom, including a shower and bath, and a en-suite bathroom with another shower included. Bedroom 1 includes a large comfortable king size bed, and a tv included with freeview, Netflix and prime video. There is an en-suite toilet, complete with shower, and a large wardrobe as well. Bedroom 2/Study includes a Desk Area perfect for work or computer space if needed, a lovely new double bed and another TV, set up with a PS5 and two controllers (if requested) There is a large spacious hall area as well and heated clothes horses provided, if you need to wash anything. NOTE - this is not an apartment for parties. We have a good relationship with our neighbours and do not want that to end. If there are any complaints from neighbours or we hear of any parties, the police will be contacted. Please respect our neighbours above and below, and limit the noise late into the night. The property is available for 4 people maximum over two beds, If you require more, this has to be discussed prior to your stay. This is a no smoking property. The Heating and electricity are there for free usage but not to be abused. If there is larger than regular usage you will be charged. The Guests will have full access to the property. Minus one locked cupboard used as space for cleaners and storage. I will leave a note for any guests with info on what is local, as well as my contact information. I will always be more than happy to help with travel info, restaurant suggestions, or anything else you might need The area is a private and relaxing residential setting, with a local shop just a couple minutes walk away, and a cafe opening in the estate very soon. There is free private parking outside. The flat is a couple minutes away from the M74 as well, for easy access all around Glasgow. You can also walk into town through Glasgow Green, which takes about 20 minutes. Otherwise you can grab a taxi/uber for a very short trip into Glasgow.
