One night in Glasgow
Fint opphold langt ærverdige Clyde. Kort vei til sentrum, kort vei til Ibrox. Hilton standard på det meste med unntak av servicen i baren. Det tok 15min+ å få bestilling på bordet, eksepsjonelt tregt.

The lack of staffing was evident as we did not get our room serviced and was unable to get a reply from reception on a few occasions to ask for towels or toiletries.

Me and my daughter came to stay at the Hilton for a night and was the best night ever room was lovely and the staff were so helpful threw out our stay the facilities were brilliant esp the gym area.

My room was cold. Even with the A.C. turned to max heat, no output warm air from unit. No heat source in bathroom. e.g.Heated towel rail would have been effective.

Despite booking in advance I was given a disabled room that I did not require No TV in room which I raised with staff but was not fixed

Hotel is within very convenient walking distance to event venue Hydro. Check-in was quick & efficient. Room location was a little noisy(front facing & 2nd floor) but bearable for 'normal' city centre hotel limits. Limited options for dining within hotel(fully booked)& surrounding area is in need of development of cafe's/bars/eateries.

Lovely hotel and stay. Only suggestion i would make is for the bread to be sliced at breakfaat so every guest is not having to touch the bread.

We had a lovely night stay. First thought walking into our room was how clean it smelled, unfortunately this was ruined slightly by the sight of a big red stain on the carpet two steps in. Rolled over in the morning to see a dirty stain on the lamp - maybe something house keeping can look into. Bathroom was clean with a great water pressure shower. Had a good night sleep on a comfy bed with heavenly pillows. The concert we went to at night was within walking distance and if you don't mind walking some more there were lots of shops and bars a little walk along the river. Excellent surroundings for a picturesque Glasgow to walk out to in the morning.

Lovely Hotel that was ideally placed for where we needed to be for our visit. The Drinks were on the Expensive side so be prepared. Great Staff throughout the hotel.

Unhappy customer
Private function on the day of arrival, therefore restaurant and main bar was closed. Room set up to provide a small menu, tables not numbered, no condiments on tables , staff unsure what arrangements were. Hotel could have emailed clients to forewarn the restaurant was closed. Customer service was poor.
