"The hotel is located very close to beach and pier. They offered parking for a fee, that was a big plus for us. Our room was situated on the second floor. No lift available, but we were offered help with our luggage. The room was big enough for us two with our luggage. Comfy bed. Decent sized bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was good with a tasteful full english breakfast available."

"Really nice hotel and location. Enjoyed the view over Llandudno as the sun was setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room clean. Only fault I could see is that the silicone in the bathroom had been applied with a shovel and made it look a bit scruffy…and a wobbly toilet seat…but small, easily fixed problems. Room 20."

"Very good place to stay, just a short walk down to the town center, very friendly management and staff, the breakfast was good and so were the evening meals. We felt that we become friends with the staff, we loved the atmosphere in this hotel."
