1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains.
2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure.
3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing.

«The room wasn't clean at all and had a horrible smell. I never even stayed here and asked for a refund as I was leaving and they said despite the fact that the room was so dirty. They even had an unclean hallway. The bathtub had brownish stains on it and the drawers in the dresser wouldn't close were wide open. The refrigerator was gross and was wide open when I walked in and had an awful smell to it. 0/10 experience.»

«The staff at Hyatt Place were exceptional. We stayed there for several nights while waiting to get an apartment in the area, and with two small kids and a lot of luggage we required a lot of special treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and well taken care of. The staff were friendly with the kids and were even allowed to store our things in their storage room for a few days. »
