During the night an outlet in our room stopped working. Unfortunately, my husband's dialysis machine was plugged into it creating a critical health situation. I went to the front desk to report this. The staff person had her 2 children with her at work, one being an infant and the other about 6 years old. There were no other employees on duty. She could not focus on my concern, but instead blamed me for not calling during the night so our room could be changed. We were asleep. She wouldn't let me explain at all but instead told me we needed to get out because I was harassing her. I asked for a number for management which she said she didn't have. However, she eventually called the manager who also told us to get out, but refused to even speak to me over the phone. Very bad customer service. I'm sure she was stressed at having to care for 2 children while also being the only staff on the property, but refusing any communication by the manager, and being told to leave the property was truly upsetting. They clearly feel no duty provide a safe stay for their guests.
