«Great people and fantastic staff, highly recommended»

«Hôtel familial, accueil très chaleureux. L’emplacement est très bien en face de la mer. Plusieurs spots de snorkeling en face de l’hôtel (un sur la droite très bien et un sur la gauche). Pour être précis, cet hôtel a une très bonne atmosphère mais ce n’est pas un hôtel luxueux. Les bungalows donnant sur la mer sont grands et fonctionnels mais simples. La restauration est bien et vraiment pas chère et le service impeccable (il faut cependant commander le repas une à deux heures avant car tout ...

«The hotel was in a beautiful scenery and the staff were very service minded and friendly!»

«War schön.»

«Loved our bungalow with its beautiful outside bathroom. We had the seafood barbecue the first night which was delicious! Staff were very friendly and efficient»

«Staff could not be more helpful. We had a great snorkle trip organised from the staff and easy taxi services from the property. Lovely pool and nice rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Minimal access to full bar menus in the general vicinity so if you want more than beer better to self cater before arrival. Would recommend staying here for a relaxed base to visit great reef systems and smaller island trips.»

«We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was ...

«Loved the view from the hotel area and room. The staff was lovely and helpful. »

«Boni Beach hotel is a beautiful and tranquil hotel. All staff are gorgeous and very obliging to ensure your stay is as you wish it to be. I stayed in a poolside room which I loved and so comfortable. The Boni Beach restaurant has fresh and delicious food and a stunning roof top bar for cocktails or dinner. The location is very close to the picturesque beach. I enjoyed a relaxing and easy going stay at Boni Beach and Lombok,»

«Nytt og fint hotell i utkanten av Mataram. Hotellet holder høy standard og er ganske nytt. Både rommet og fellesområder var av god standard. Betjening og service av personale var veldig bra, og alle var imøtekommende og hygglige. Det var wifi på rommet, men desverre var det så tregt at det omtrent ikke fungerte til vanlig nettsurfing. Frukosten var bra, men hadde dårlig utvalg av vestlig mat, noe som er vanlig i Indonesia.»

«A perfect hotel for a family of three. Very nice staff, rooms and spa facilities. incredibly good food inspired by both Indonesian and European cuisine. The staff were very helpful when we were going on excursions and they arranged both car and a boat taxi which made the trips easy and enjoyable. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend to others and something we would consider going to again if we ever return to Lombok»

«We were made to wait 3 hrs to check-in. The staff are not really service-minded. Only 1 key card and when we asked for another they wanted us to pay an extra Rp 50K. This is a nice place overall but extremely dated and certainly not 4 star. Much more geared toward local clientele, so be prepared for that if you book here. Nobody smiles or greets - no hospitality at all.»

«Everything at the hotel was perfect»

«Great straff and an amazing hotel»

«We had an excellent stay in the Sasak Garden and we really enjoyed the spacious room, clean bathroom and the hotel's swimming pool. This hotel has a very nice and lively garden with loads of birds, flowers, palm trees and colorful insects just minding their own business - and this is so relaxing to just spectate chilling in the pool. There is also a gym, which was a nice addition as I had a short workout with a kettle bell at some point. They helped us with renting a scooter and arranging a ...
