The space

Ideal for couples or close-knit groups, this lovely cottage provides thoughtfully designed spaces both inside and out, whether it’s for some poolside R&R or lakes area recreation.

Details:
The first floor consists of a fully stocked kitchenette, a 3/4 bathroom and a dining area which converts to a 2nd bedroom with a full-size murphy bed built into the wall, 2-seat bar area, hardwood floors. Lots of windows for sunlight and views of the pool and surrounding fields.

The second floor is a master suite with queen-size bed, sofa and large flat screen Roku TV. Below the TV is an electric fireplace. Hardwood floors. There are lots of windows on all four sides of the building providing lots of light and beautiful views.

The shared pool area has a large deck with pergola. This cottage has dedicated space by the pool consisting of a large outdoor couch with umbrella, outdoor dining table and a propane fire pit. There is also an outdoor grill for barbecue reserved for this cottage. The yard boasts beautiful flower gardens and a koi pond.

The shared luxury hot tub overlooks the koi pond and is open 4 seasons.

Steps away you will find access to winter snowmobile trails and we are just minutes away from Gunstock Ski Mountain.

Guest access
The pool cottage is nestled behind the main house and garage. You will have your own parking and entry. The pool cottage is a separate building and not shared. The door has keyless entry and you will be given a code prior to check-in for access.
Other things to note
There are two additional rental units in separate buildings on site. This listing is for the "Pool Cottage". Please be advised you will likely see and hear other guests while on the property. However, we do strictly enforce noise ordinances after 10pm and have noise meters on site.

Please be aware that some outdoor amenities are shared and some are reserved for specific units.

The pool is shared between this cottage and guests of the "Garage Cottage". Garage cottage guests will have access from 10am to 10pm. After 10pm the pool area is reserved for guests of this cottage (the "Pool cottage").

The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day. We try to open early and close late as long as weather permits, but cannot promise access outside of these dates.

The hot tub is shared by all three units. The hot tub is available from 10am to 10pm. After 10pm it is reserved for guests of the main house.

The hot tub is open year round with minimal down times. We only shut it down for required cleanings and try to do this when it doesn't impact reservations.

Need more space? Want the pool to yourselves? Rent the other on-site cottage. Renting both gives you more space to invite friends or family and will allow exclusive use of the pool area. Have a large group that wants to vacation together? Rent the whole compound! The main house sleeps 12 and can also be rented. Contact us for links to the additional rentals.
