The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs if possible, if there are no other guests leaving/incoming. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
A member of our Team Taormina will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and the daily duration of lighting depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

For all check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) near the building.
- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Taormina-Giardini station, a 16-minute walk from the property.
